"I contracted for limo service for a post-wedding reception party three miles from a rural winery to be offered from 10:30 to 11:30 pm. The arrangements were finalized two month before the even, credit card info given and email confirmation received. No limo showed up, leaving 30-40 "partied" people to find safe rides to the after-party. A call to Blue Star by a partier found they had no record of the event. An email sent when I returned home garnered a less than sincere " your date fell through the cracks...sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced." No stars for Blue Star!"
