"Grade: A+ I picked A Brilliant Limousine because they had the best price. It turns out that they also had the best service. I was proposing to my girlfriend and needed a limo to drive her to a specific venue after she had a scavenger hunt. I needed the driver to stall, taking 45 minutes on what would otherwise have been a 20 minute drive. She needed to be at the destination exactly at 6:45pm. When I followed up my limo reservation with a phone call, I spoke to Catherine (the owner) on the phone. She could not have been nicer and understood the weight of the situation. She was extremely accommodating and even picked a specific driver for me! The driver was so kind and, upon my request, escorted my new fiancée to the next stage.
