"We were travelling by BA. Unfortunately he dropped us off at the departure level for united airlines not for BA which gave us a lot of extra walking dragging our cases to find the BA check in. We were there in plenty time so there was no great panick."

"The driver was late and then I get charged for parking? He didn't have to park--in fact, as he was 20 minutes late, I asked him to pick me up outside. This has made me feel like not using this company again. While the driver was nice and did apologize, he blamed his tardiness on limos.com. too many hidden fees with this company."
