"Extremely dissatisfied with the car I booked for my Fiancé and his friends. I was charged for a 6 passenger stretch limo. When the driver arrived, he said this was not his usual car, we were very cramped and had no room. There was no ice, soda or water. There was 4 glasses with McDonalds napkins inside, there was 5 of us. We asked the driver about this, he stated that we have to request a stocked limo. In all my years of limo trips with my company, we never had to ask, you pay to have the car stocked with ice, water and soda, I understand the alcohol is a different store. The driver did try to make right on that and stopped to get cups, soda and water and ice too. Moving along, the car was not clean upon entering, the windows were broken, they opened a little and then you had to pull up to get it to go the rest of the way. The partition would not go up, button was broke. The heat couldn't be regulated, door behind drivers side was difficult to open. Car smelled lstale and was certainl"

"A great Saturday in Manhattan, (2/7/15) thanks to Met Limo Group, Division of #1 Premier Limousine Service. I arranged for limo service to take us around town at some key tourist stops. Scot was very accommodating from the get go. We did need to revise the contract, but he sent me a revised copy immediately. Our driver, Malcolm was on time, accommodating, personable, and was readily available to meet us after each and every stop. I know these types of services can be hit or miss, but for us, it was a HIT ! I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use Met Limo Group again when I am in town. "Driver was on time and friendly, car was clean and comfortable. No water. After the ride, they added inexplicable charges totaling 30% more than the quoted cost. Beware!"
Limo Service Response: "Customer arrived 40 minutes late for his scheduled pickup but did not wish to pay "wait charge" nor "mandatory NY Sales Tax." Limos.com refunded these charges "as a courtesy."

"The rather large and impressive Cadillac Escalade arrived on time and as scheduled! The Driver was friendly helpful and seemed to know his way around the North Fork Vineyards very well. He was not only knowledgeable on the geography but was able to give us little summaries of the wines that each Vineyard specialized in. Truly a day well spent. We would certainly use this Company again and do thoroughly recommend them to others."

"Booked a sedan to take my husband and myself to the airport almost a month in advance (July 21) for an August 20 flight. Gave all info, including credit card. CC was not put through until August 18th, and was sent an email that there was a problem and the card did not go through. Resent card info and was informed less than 16 hours before scheduled pickup, that the card did not go through again and therefore the booking was cancelled. Called and was told that it was company policy not to run cards through more than twice, since VISA locks them out. Was nice enough to give me the name of another limo service (after I yelled about how on earth I was going to get a 4am pickup from someone else with less than 24 hours notice). Oddly enough, the second company was able to put through my card and have an approval code in under 3 minutes. They're $20 more expensive, but seems to be worth it. So, BE CAREFUL. Have a backup plan. I'm beginning to think that we were double-booked and dropped. Either way, the whole service seemed really shady somehow, and I'll be watching my credit card closely."
Limo Service Response: "This customer's credit card was declined by her own credit card company on three (3) separate occasions. We attempted to work with her right up until the day before her departure but; for whatever reason; we were never able to get an approval on any card number provided by her. We are happy that she was able to secure transportation from another source. It is however fair to say, that the problem that she outlines so passionately above would not have happened if her credit card had not been repeatedly declined. Her comments vis a vis watching her "credit card closely" are somewhat odd as we certainly were never able to run any charges on it! "
