"I used First Class Limos for my wedding and reserved a Lincoln Navigator. The seats were cracked and duct taped. The radio, air conditioning and windows/moon roof did not work. 16 people were hot and sweaty after a 40 minute limo ride to the reception. I e-mailed the webmaster to report my disappointment where he or she basically called me a liar and did not apologize for the poor condition. I used First Class Limos based solely on reviews that I had seen on websites. I feel it is important that the negatives are also pointed out"
