"I wanted to thank you for making my limo arrangements go so smoothly. I panicked when limos.com informed me that a car was not available and they needed to cancel my reservation. You came through with flying colors!! I'd LOVE to do an add to promote your service. As you told me- our ride would come a bit earlier to make sure they found our farm and to make sure they wouldn't get us to our cruise late (or for that matter- the next pick up late). Our driver (TROY) arrived early, was insanely polite, knew we would leave our farm at 4:30 (we did) and waited patiently for our friends to arrive. He confirmed where we were going, told us to let him know if we needed anything or if we needed to stop anywhere, explained "the rules" and let us know where things were in the vehicle. HE WAS SO COOL!!!! Please let him know how impressed we were. (most of us expected a snooty "city-fied" person). We arrived at our destination in plenty of time.
