"The service is terrible. I called the company when I was in the baggage claims in SFO and told her that I was arrived and would be out in 15 mins (I was already very conservative and considerable on the time. It usually takes no more than 10mins). The lady on the phone told me to call them again when I was actually outside then hang up the phone. 10mins later, I came outside the airport in the cold weather, then I called her again. She asked and I quoted here "Do you want to me to send your limo now?" What a question is that? Of cause, I want to the limo which she should had done at least 15 mins ago. Did she think I just called to say hi?? "

"The driver picked me up at 88 Bush Street in San Jose at 7:30. I was going to SFO for a 10:00 AM flight to Chicago. Instead of taking 880 to 280N, he went further into downtown San Jose, and took 87S. He didn't realize it till I told him, and didn't exit till Almaden. Then we came back up 87N. All during the worst rush hour traffic. This added about 35-40 minutes to the drive. The driving was erratic. He then dropped me off at the wrong terminal at the airport. I nearly missed my flight to Chicago which had a connection to Dusseldorf. I also was not able to get key emails out which I had planned to do at SFO prior to my flight since I was running to the gate. This delayed key communications a full 24 hours by the time I got into Dusseldorf. He was nice person, but he needs to pre-plan his routes, or rely on GPS or listen to the passenger regarding directions."
