"A month before the date scheduled, I was trying to change the pick up time. I would call the number given by limos.com and the man who would answer would tell me that he would have someone from the office call me after he took my information. I got this same response like 10 times if not more. 2 days before the event and fed up of gettting the same response, I told the guy that I kept getting that same response and never got a call back. Then he assured me that he would call me back in 5 minutes, as soon as he pulled into the office. Never happened. After that the number that I had been calling never answered and I couldnt leave a message because the mail box was not set. I called like 100 times in those 48 hours from my phone, my friends and my sisters and no answer whatsoever. I have been trying to get my deposit back and I still cannot get an answer. "
