"I used limos.com because I was not able to book a shuttle through Carnival Cruise Line from Port Canaveral to Orlando Airport and I’m so glad. Hector picked us up as soon as we were off the ship, took care of our luggage, and helped install the car seat for my grandson. Hector was very professional and courteous, and had the luxury vehicle cooled off with the A/C when we got in. It was so nice not making 20 stops like the shuttle usually does, and we didn’t have to wait around for others...:::it was straight to the airport. Will NEVER use the shuttle again."
"I booked the limo to pick us up from the airport for a bachelorette. The driver was on time, the car was clean, and he provided us with a (very cheap and awful) bottle of champagne (it's the thought that counts). After we took off, we couldn't figure out how to get my iPhone plugged in to play music and what resulted was the driver trying to yell instructions to us across the car while on the highway, and us spending 15 full minutes trying to find the cable. Once we actually found it, it didn't work. Given how much we paid ($170 for a 30 minute ride), I would not recommend this again. He should have pulled over and done it for us or made sure music was figured out before starting the drive."

"I was so confused on where to meet the driver after disembarking from carnival cruise. Massive amounts of people missing around who all but me knew where to go. The driver called me on my cell phone and arranged a meeting place, thank god. Drove us to the airport, he was very professional and a really likeable guy, even told us of sites to see if we came back into the area. Vehicle was spacious, clean , very nice. Will recommend."

"The service was used for a business event and to transport five individuals attending a conferernce to and from the airport. They made it very easy to locate them by using signs at both locations. The timing was perfect and the vehicles were clean and spacious. The price was fair and well worth it for direct transportation for a group. We would definitely use VIP Transportation Group again. "
