"I was delighted with the entire service offered by VIP. The booking from the UK went smoothly once I had selected the provider from Limos.com and I made direct contact from the UK. We were greeted by a wonderful driver and a very clean and comfortable car. After a long flight we were pleased to have a punctual pick-up, a bottle of cold water and a smooth journey to our resort. The company was very trustworthy and the payment was very reasonable and exactly as we had agreed on the phone in the UK. Overall a First Class, reliable and comfortable Service. "Fast track wedding plans call for many, many, many phone calls and emails with various vendors for services. With almost no notice (3 days!), Brian with VIP Livery accommodated my need for a transfer during my Saturday wedding. Suzette(sp?), our driver, was a professional from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable, not to mention sleek and modern! As for cost, they say you get what you pay for. Not in this case! By industry standards, I feel I was given an incredible deal, and it was worth every penny. I only wish some of my other vendors had been half as professional, courteous, reliable and affordable as VIP Livery. They have definitely earned my future business. "I used Vip Livery van for transportation from Scottsdale Az to Glendale Az. We had 14 people in our party and went to the AZ Cardinal vs 49ers football game in Glendale, 1st game in brand new stadium. The limo service was excellent. The driver was early for pickup, very professional, the rates were fair and reasonable, and everything was delivered as promised. The people on the trip liked the service and driver we went "sight seeing" into Phoenix for a couple of extra hours because the rates were reasonable for our group and the driver was a great guy. We even arranged for Vip Livery to drive us to the airport the next day. Again the driver was early and charged a reasonalbe rate for the ride to the airport. I, along with the 13 other people on the trip, will use Vip Livery for our future trips to AZ. Highly Recommended..."
