"I am so very pleased with the timeliness and service of Upscale Transportation. This was a surprise for my daughter and her family to go to the airport on their way to a great adventure in Europe. I had to change the time slightly a few hours before pickup time and the driver, Sammy was exactly on time. Such the gentleman and so helpful and continuously smiling. "The driver asked me to come outside to flag him down because he couldn't find my house. Being that it was a surprise, that was counterproductive. The radio was static. The phone number and name texted to me before hand were wrong... The name was wrong and never got an answer on the number. I called the help number and after being put on hold for them to verify glasses and ice, I was assured both were included but actually, ice was not. But, the driver was friendly. "

"I can't say enough about this company. They limo was clean, cool and was luxury to a "T"! The driver was very nice and even had a kids movie playing in the back for my 3 small children (nice touch!). He helped us into the hotel with our luggage and wouldn't take an additional cash tip as he said we had already paid him. I will definitely use this company again and look forward to when I can. Upscale is not just the name of the company but it is their motto in my opinion. Thank you for a memorable start to our vacation."

"Orlando limo ride is absolutely wonderful! We had 6 ppl traveling from the airport to Port Canaveral and back. The driver was prompt, the limo was exceptional, and he had no problem helping one of our friends with his wheel chair. Plus, they even made a trip to the liquor store! Would highly recommend!
