"So excited for my wedding! Quote $75/hr -pick up @ 5 /est. end time 6:21. We arrived early & choose 2 wait inside til 5:55 -told we 'had 2 get out -it was pick up & drop off only'. Showed him contract-he called his boss who told me same Explained my guests were right outside & we need 2 wait in limo -he said driver was late 4 something (how, we're contracted through 6:21pm?) He said 'I'm not going 2 say this a 2nd time!!' so, I hung up-driver says (5 ladies & my mom) 'get out or I'll drive away with u inside' -I refused & he DID start driving away! I said I'd call police if he didn't stop & he said 'I'll DRIVE you to police'-I begged him @ least have the heart 2 pull over so we could get out away from guests & he said 'NOT TIL YOU PAY ME'...had envelope in my hand, but that insulted us all -Gave him envelope, he moved 100 ft & we were kicked out @ 5:45. Limo didn't even SHOW (or call) after wedding...we took guest trolley back... we'll take this 2 the highest authority. Humiliating"

"The rate was for a wedding transfer only. please check with any limo provider for questions.The driver had another pick up so he had to leave.The customer got a 75 flat rate so the service is over at the final destination.We tried to explain several times that she needs to leave but she refused to leave or pay and declined a return. We never had such a problem with false accusations and will take further action against defamation if necessary ."

"We got more for our dollar than we ever could have expected! Incredible limo (limo coach) and VERY clean. Driver was 5 minutes late for pick up (which I chalk up to a harder-to-find suburban location). Our return flight was 2 hours late, and the limo was at the gate 10 minutes after I called that we had cleared customs. WILL DEFINATELY USE AGAIN!!!!!"

"This service has good drivers and vehicles, but the dispatch seems unable to get the car there on time. On twelve seperate, consecutive trips from O'hare, the car was more than 15 minutes late. A few bucks cheaper if you can wait..."
