A few minutes after we recived a call from one staff members and to my surpise I had made an booking error but it was fixed there and then over the phone, If they hadn't called me, I would have not had a limo when I arrived in vancouver at the airport because it would have been there a day earlier to pick us up. Thank you Ultimate Limousine for saving me a headache. We will definately be using your service again. "

"We recently used Ultimate Limousine for round trip service to Vancouver airport starting at the ungodly hour of 3:30 pm from West Vancouver. Our driver (Robert) was a few minutes early and helped my wife and kids get settled. After 2 and half weeks in cold, sunny, Florida, we returned one evening to find the airlines had lost some of our luggage including our kid's car seat. No problem, Ultimate sent Don to pick us up and he was super helpful meeting us on time down in baggage. He went out of his way and helped with our tired little kids while I filed a baggage claim report and he also ran back to the parking lot to get our Town Car pulled up curbside to make things easier. Thanks again for doing a great job..."
