"Overcharged with fees and other charges...price on Limos.com 96...charged to credit card 141...$45 in tolls??"
Limo Service Response: "there were never over charged and you have been charged waiting time since you came late Over 1.30 minute still we have had given you 30 minute free. You have called the driver and have proof that you still inside and will take some time to come out. If you cant appreciated at least have decency to revie nice we had sent you a new car and upgrade you also had a great driver and was waiting for you there. You did not mention that also you got the best rate and according the contract you have to be charge any additional waiting time. Thanks you and God bless you... "

"Pick-up from Newark airport was complicated, and led to 1 hr delay due to the fact that the driver could (or would) not dial our mobile nr as given in the reservation. It took 3 phonecalls to ULS staff, which were very friendly and trying to help, before we got in contact with the driver. The price quoted and confirmed on the reservation was $90.15 with a deposit on $10.69, the amount due was $79.46. However the driver charged $121.50 without any explanation why. He was unpolite and spoke English poorly."
Limo Service Response: "Dear Mr. Geir, After Reading your review I ma really disappointed with you. I dont understand your kind of people who got the best rate and and great service after all this you are complaining because we cahred you a small fee of waiting time which was suppose to be $90,00 more our driver waiting and circling at the Airport for over 2 hours burning gas and we tried to call your international number and you are not pocking the phone because you know that you are late and has to pay waiting time as per the confirmation on contract. on First you don't want to pay for inside the pick up charge and come late and complain. You got car as soon you came out 7 people best price and when paying time come you don't understand English. We really don't appreciate the you complain. Thanks and have a good day... "I have just completed registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against ULS. Mark at ULS did not honor the quoted price and charged me over $200 above the agreed price. A few hours before the prom, he called and told me the car had been in an accident, my payment would be refunded and gave me another limo company to call. Then without my knowledge or approval, sent two smaller limos. I ended up with 3 limos in front of my house. "

You had agreed months ago that you will also put a right comments and renove the derogatry report onlimos.com. you have never mention the good things company did for you even then we had sent limos and it cost us. "i got the limo for my friends bachelor party the limo the limo service was great, clean and the driver was very nice. Did not have any problems at all. if u did a limo go with these people it is A class service at a great price i will be calling them again. "

" The service was terrible. Picking me up to go to the airport, the driver's GPS "wasn't working" and he got lost. He called me several times to try to find us. Then when he took us to the airport he had trouble finding the terminal gate. I understand people make mistakes so I wasn't too angry about it. But the worst part was the pick-up. ULS called us for the flight information before the trip. Our flight was delayed and we ran late. I was told the driver "waited for two hours" (because he arrived early because they failed to check the flight information) and that they "waited around for me" and "called us over the speakers" at the airport. I sincerely doubt any of that was true. I was told they called me, but I had no messages on my phone. The vice president (VERY unprofessional) told me I should have "called" or "emailed" them...from the plane?! When we landed, I circled the baggage area for 30 minutes looking for the driver, and did not see him. The vice president told me that he was waiting there. BS. I called to complain, expecting a PROFESSIONAL company to recognize that it was an unfortunate event and not anyone's fault. They charged me anyway and the vice president told me I would have to speak with his supervisor (I guess vice presidential status is not enough to handle customer problems?). They never called me back, expected me to chase them down; basically put it on ME the customer to resolve any issues of customer satisfaction. I was warned by another limo company of the importance of responsible, reliable and professional service (the other company sounded VERY professional and respectful), but I went with ULS because it was cheaper. My mistake. I advise no one make that mistake. I won’t again. "

"My Wife and I recently used one of their limos for our Wedding in Feb 20, 2009. The limos were waiting on us when we came out of the ceremony and were stock with cold drinks and refreshment in the limo which was great since it was a cold day. The drivers were great and very accommodating when we changed the picture location a couple of times but all the time he was very courteous and very pleasent. I would recommend these guys to anyone!! GREAT JOB!!"

"I was assured on my wedding that I would receive a beautiful limo for my wedding and red carpet service. To our surprise, the limo was late picking up the groom and groomsmen. The outside ot the limo was old and rusted. The inside of the vehicle was not serviced at all after last client (Nasty!!!). And to top it off, it was 95 degrees on 08/25/07 and the limo had no air condition. I had demanded for a new vehicle for my bridal party, the driver returned claimed that the A/C was fixed, but later to find out he had the blower on. I had learned after the fact that A/C was not working before it left the church. Had I known, the police would have been called. Mind you, children (2, 6, 8 years old) was also riding in this vehicle. I would have charges brought against them for endangerment of children lives and others. Imagine, riding in a closed box, 95 degrees temp, unable to roll down the windows and children crying, due to greed!!! As of today, I have not received a refund. "
