"I did not have a problem leaving. The driver arrived and retreieved us and the luggage and got us to the airport. He was very proffessional.On my return from the airport to go home is when I had the problem. I and my mother were in wheelchairs with 4 bags of luggage. Our flight was early. In my reservation for the limo, I asked for a pick up at 8:30p.m. We were outside waiting in the limo bay where other drivers took their customer's to their destinations. I had called to confirm the return flight and time. I called again to ask where the car was. The customer service rep told me the driver had been their and left because our flight was delayed. I advised the rep that it was early and we were not late. I asked for a replacement car. He said he did not have any other limo driver's and we should take a cab. We waited in a long line of customer's and obtained a van cab to take us home. I expect my money back the $12.50 down payment and a letter of apology. "
