"For one, the driver pulled up to our beach house in a car that I didn't rent. I rented a stretched Crysler 300 and e pulled up in a regular limo which I think I need to get paid a partial refund for. Secondly, the driver never spoke to me in person when he realized I was a black man. Instead he directed his conversations and instruction from one of my white friends. Even gave him his card and told him to text or call him 10 mins before we are ready to leave. He picked us up at 7p and was suppose to drive us around a hr prior to our 8p dinner reservations at 'Columbia Resturant' which is 8 mins away. I gave her those instructions over the phone clearly. Instead he picked us up and drove straight there to drop us off. We had dinner and was done around 9:45 and need him to take us by the beach house to pick something up so we could do the remaining hr ride around along the beach. "The driver was great, however the vehicle's audio system was lacking. I tried multiple methods of plugging in various Iphones and Ipods and none of them worked with multiple types of connecting wires. I then bought an auxillary cable then realized the radio didn't have an input for that. Before the ride I was told to bring an Ipod with music but that never worked. We had to just listen to the radio instead."

"I booked Sun Coach Transport several months in advanced for my wedding. I talked with them the week of my wedding and provided all the necessary pick-up times and addresses for my wedding. The morning of my wedding they called me and said they didn't know if they would have a limo for us! This caused very unnecessary stress on an already very busy day. They called me later and said they did find a limo for us. Then, I had to give them all the addresses, times, and information again. This was frustrating to do while I was getting ready for my wedding. The limo did show up, however the driver did not know how to get to our reception site. Our “getaway car” for leaving our reception was not a luxury car as promised. It was an old, crummy looking car driven by a less than professional looking woman who didn't know where she was going. Horrible experience overall. Would never use again."

Upon arriving at the airport, he called me before I even got my baggage to notify me of the switch in the type of vehicle that would be picking my mom and I up. The drive was nice, and Jerry was courteous and very pleasant to chat with.
