"I heard good things about Sugar Creek Carriages so I made an appointment. I called and spoke with Johnny Smith and explained I had a special request to ask of them. A family in my church has a 9 year old girl who is battling brain cancer. I wanted to give the family a very special night on the town and a ride in a horse drawn carriage was part of the plans. Johnny and Brenda went to the extreme to help deliver this family a wonderful evening. They had to make special accommodations for the family and everything turned out better than we had planned. The day after the event, I received a call from the family and was told (with tears) it was the best family outing they have ever had. I can't say enough about their caring professionalism. Sugar Creek Carriages is a wonderful asset to the Nashville community and I recommend them highly. Thank you so much! "

" As a frequent business traveler from Wash D.C., I have used many limo services here and on the west coast, however none of them has been as pleasant an experience as I had with Southern Lights Limos. When I arrived at the airport the driver was waiting for me and wasted no time getting me to my destination. I requested more service time than I originally thought I would need, and they were quite amenable to my changes. As it turned out, I used them twice more during my stay in Nashville, and they were on time getting me to the airport for my return trip. Everything about them was professional and the limo was exceptionally clean and well kept. We aren't used to the friendliness we received in Nashville when we use a limo service in the DC area. I suggested they open a location near DC so that we could use them for all of our business needs. We will be using Southern Lights Limos for all of our Nashville business trips in the future. " Several of us wanted to go out on the town for a few hours for a pre-New Years tour to see some Christmas lights at the historical sites of Nashville. Our driver was on time and very cordial. He helped us in the car, as one of our group was quite elderly, and he was very careful with her getting in and out of the limo. He knew exactly what we wanted to see, as he was quite knowledgeable with all of the major attractions in Nashville, including some that we had never heard of. The limo was solid and clean, and we felt like royalty as we were escorted in and out of the car. Our driver, Frank, was a fine gentleman, and we plan on using his service whenever we have guests come to town. I would not hesitate to recommend Southern Lights to anyone that needs a limo service. They certainly are polished professionals. When my niece gets married in August, we plan on using Southern Lights for her wedding. I wish all businesses were this courteous."
