"I was not impressed with this company or Mr.Shlomo's unresponsive behavior . I originally booked a stretch hummer to pick myself and guests up at 6 pm, at my residence for an 8 hour contract.I needed to change the original pick-up location because my son's flight was delayed till 630pm , at noon I informed Mr. Shlomo of the change of plan at which time he told me it was going to cost 175 $ more than the original contract.I asked him why the extra charge? he said it was 4 hours out of his way,(the contract was for 8 hours of driving anywhere),He said he would drop the extra to $125. Not happy,the driver picked my son and his friends up at 750 pm 1 hour and 20 min. late (driver didn't have a GPS too much traffic, etc. etc. the 8 hour clock didn't start until my son was picked up. We had to tell driver turn by turn directions the whole evening. End of evening driver hands me a hand written contract saying I owed him more money because we went over the (7) hour contract. I showed him MY contract that I printed out before we left, and he backed down. Mr. Shlomo would not return any of my calls once he got his money. I will never do business with this company again and never refer them to anyone, Buyer beware, print all ur transactions ."

"My experience from S.M.E was terrible! Planned girls night on the town in New York. So I booked a ride though S.M.E limos. I called and made the registration July 5,2012 over the phone for my trip July 07,2012 Based upon the quote I received via limos.com. The next day when I reviewed my bank statement I found that S.M.E had charged me 3times for a service that I had not yet received! It overdrafted my account, when I called to ask the company about why this happened, the we're very apologetic. Shalom (customer service) assured me that he would give me a luxury vehicle to make up for the lack of professionalism. However that was not the series of events that followed, I went to NY on the 7th as planned, and to my surprise the towncar NEVER SHOWED UP! Imagine that, they charged me up front for a service they Never performed. Don't use this company, I'm still trying to get my money back! "
