"I was not impressed with this company or Mr.Shlomo's unresponsive behavior . I originally booked a stretch hummer to pick myself and guests up at 6 pm, at my residence for an 8 hour contract.I needed to change the original pick-up location because my son's flight was delayed till 630pm , at noon I informed Mr. Shlomo of the change of plan at which time he told me it was going to cost 175 $ more than the original contract.I asked him why the extra charge? he said it was 4 hours out of his way,(the contract was for 8 hours of driving anywhere),He said he would drop the extra to $125. Not happy,the driver picked my son and his friends up at 750 pm 1 hour and 20 min. late (driver didn't have a GPS too much traffic, etc. etc. the 8 hour clock didn't start until my son was picked up. We had to tell driver turn by turn directions the whole evening. End of evening driver hands me a hand written contract saying I owed him more money because we went over the (7) hour contract. I showed him MY contract that I printed out before we left, and he backed down. Mr. Shlomo would not return any of my calls once he got his money. I will never do business with this company again and never refer them to anyone, Buyer beware, print all ur transactions ."
"This company gave us a price for a trip from Queens, NY to Port Liberty, NJ and seven days later for Port Liberty back to Queens, NY. We asked the driver for his phone number so we could call when we were getting off but were told they knew the time. We were told to tip the driver $45 each way which we did.
Five hours after we arrive home we got a phone call saying that we had made the driver wait and hour and they charged our credit card another $100. We had nine people leaving the ship and our departures were 20 min. apart.
They also charged the card $50 for a tip each way even after being told that we had given the drive the $45 each way.
