"I wanted to take this opportunity to provide some information for your future clients. I have been using the services for the last 3 years. They are always on time, professional and very friendly. After receiving a very poor service from a previous provider I was shocked at your level of service and professionalism. They have always been able to accommodate me any time anywhere. When I had a last min change on my flight had to fly into Greensboro instead of Charlotte they were waiting on me in Greensboro. This is service above and beyond the call of duty. On another occasion that my alarm did not go off in the early morning they called me and waited for me to insure I make my flight at no extra cost!!
