"I took my 84 year old mother and my godmother for a ride past their family homes of yesteryear. We finished up our day with lunch at an Italian restaurant in Staten Island. Everything about the day was magical. We have rented limos before but did not get the high class service of Signature Limousine of Linden, New Jersey. Will definately use them again. "

"Very positive experience. Only negative was that didn't have an i-pod connection cable."
Limo Service Response: "We are glad you had a good experience. As far as the ipod connection cable: You need to a use a 2.5mm jack into the head unit as discussed over the phone. The actual ipod cable unfortunately kept getting yanked out of the radio multiple times in the past causing damage, thus we had to remove them and replace the radio due to the damage it caused. But there is a jack on the radio you can plug into and use your ipod, but as discussed you need to bring your own cable."

"The booking on the internet was very efficient and a confirmation arrived very quickly. The vehicle was right on time and clean on the outside and inside. The vehicle had a large crack on the windscreen which made it difficult to take photos. The driver could speak little english and did not know where he was going, we drove around an industrial estate for 20 mins trying to get close to the statue of liberty and gave up in the end. When the 4 hours were over the driver asked for a tip but the gratuity of 55 dollars had already been added to the bill. He told us he wouldnt get any of that money."
Limo Service Response: "I would like to comment on your review to answer some questions that arose. (1) The windshield was damaged on New Years Day and for this I do apologize, but since your job was on Monday the day after, it was impossible to get fixed. And it is almost impossible to take pictures out of the front window through the chauffeurs partition (which is not only dangerous and distracting for the chauffeur while driving, but the passenger as well trying to fit through the small opening, and the top half is tinted as well. (2) The ferry for the statue of liberty is on an industrial lot and there are no good places to get close to the statue of liberty unless you get on the ferry and go to it. Since you are from overseas, if you aren't aware the statue of liberty is on ellis island and you have to take a ferry (or boat) to get there. The driver is egyptian and understands english quite well and he did get you as close as you can get to it from NJ. (3) As far as the driver asking for a tip, he shouldn't have and the same chauffeur handles our corporate clientele and I have never heard of him specifically asking for a tip. The money he did ask for in addition to the balance, however was for the tolls incurred going into New York, which is 15.00 or so USD. IF you read the limos.com contract it CLEARLY STATES tolls will be calculated as well and the balance is simply an ESTIMATE, with parking, wait time and tolls to be determined. A simple and couteous email to me first or a phone call could have clarified what transpired. Sincerely Angelo"
