"I inquired about fares for car service to and from the airport for my parents. I was given a quote of $66.00 each way and submitted reservations. I realize that the quote is a base rate and there could be some additional fees however when I called Sharper Image, the quote went from $66 each way to $193 each way. I think a $127 difference constitutes false advertising. Beware of quotes you receive from this company, they are most likely bogus."

There must have been some misunderstanding because the rate of $193.00 is a 8 passenger limo rate. i cannot find your original request but the $66 rate is to or from IAD to DC. " Hello, Sharper Image was first class! I work for a large scale law firm and travel quite a bit. My driver Shwan was the best. When I landed in DC I had a message waiting from Shawn welcoming me to DC and let me know he'd be waiting. Shawn was very friendly and welcoming. Like meeting an old friend after a long trip. The Towne Car was immaculate and shined like new. I also had to re-schedule my pickup time and it was no problem. If you are traveling to DC and want to be treated like a king and don't like long cab lines then treat yourself with Sharper Image! You can't get service that polished for the great price! In fact I'll recomend Sharper Image to the other attorney's in our office. Thanks a million!"
