"I booked a limo with SFLT Transportation for seven people in early April for last night - May 15, 2010. I authorized a $100 deposit on my debit card. I received my bank statement yesterday and found that the deposit had been taken twice. Throughout the day yesterday I tried to contact the company at 619.583.3057 to ask about the error. I only received voice mail and no call back. On May 7th I had called the company to confirm the arrangements and authorize a final payment. I had scheduled the limo to pick us up at 6:00 pm. By 6:15, no limo had arrived. We called our restaurant in La Jolla to let them know we would be late for our 6:30 reservations. At 6:22 I received a call from John at SFLT letting me know he was on his way. I asked him where he was and told me he was "at the office." I asked him where the office was and he informed me it is in downtown San Diego. That is when I told him that we had scheduled and confirmed a 6:00 pick up and cancelled the limo reservation (we are in North County and there was no way it was going to work). I then had to split up our party into two cars and get to our restaurant before we lost our dinner reservation. I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau and the San Diego District Attorney's office. I will also be contacting OpenTable.com (where I got the SFLT referral) and limos.com to inform them of the practices of this company. I will be requiring an immediate return of all payments (totaling $327). If I do not receive immediate restitution, I will continue an assault on SFLT Transportation until I do."

"Worst experience ever! They charged 2/3rds of the fare over a month beforehand and they never told us the cancellation terms! To make up for the mistake, Ronda promised a bottle of wine (our anniversary). We asked for a towncar - got a gross limo. Dirty glasses, used napkins everywhere and no water or wine! Neither driver got out to open the door, never received a copy of whatever we were asked to sign, late pickup from restaurant, and John is MIA! No class!"

"At the last minute we decided to hire a car to take us downtown. We were a party of 4 and luckily we found Sflt to provide us with our ride. The service was very good. This allowed us to enjoy our dinner and not worry about a designated driver. The price fit our budget and we will use them again! "

"I had the best Birthday ever ,,Thanks to SFLT .. not only did they give me the best price out there they were way below all the other companies. may not seem like it on the quotes .. most companies quotes do not include tip for driver and many other add ons ..SFLT honered their price .. with no hidden fees and changed my reservation details at the last minute,, The owner John was very personable and got us in to any night club V I P with no charge when he promised us all this .. to be honest we thought ,to good to be true .. But he made this happen for us .. 45 passenger Party Bus for a great price. every thing was perfect I would recommend.. SFLT to everyone."

"On short notice, John, the MGR. was able to put a great limo evening together for myself and a great lady who's birthday it was. Great rates, a fantastic, professional gorgeous female driver named Debbie, who went out of her way to make the evening wind down along the banks of La Jolla Cove. Very romantic and the ride home was uninterupted exstacy, as the privacy curtain remaind closed and the soft music only added to the sensual experience that was provided after a romantic dinner at Bertrand, at Mr. A's. Thanks guys, we'll most definately do this again...soon!"
