"I've gotta say these guys gave us probably the best customer service I have ever had. Not just for limo companies because I rarely use limos but ever! We made a last minute request for a birthday party on a Friday. I called and they offered me an much lower rate than Limos.com because they didn't have to wait for us while we were inside for 3 hours and we got a last minute discount. We had two different drivers and both were great. Frank and someone else. One of the girls in our group lost her phone so we called it at the end of the night. The driver picked up and drove it all the way back to us. That took an extra 20 minutes of his time at 2am. We tipped him extra and I called the office the next day to see if it would be more on the bill. Kevin at the office told me not to worry about it and just to spread the word about the company... so that's what I'm doing! Thanks guys.
