"Completely unprofessional and absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with anything!!!!! Hired a 6 person limo from San Diego Luxury Transportation as part of my mother's 60th birthday. They showed up late, the limo was filthy and the driver was clueless. WE opened the door to the limo and found pocket change, trash, and leaves on the floor. The stereo was cranked and we even had to ask the driver to please shut the door for my mother. Probably the worst part of the entire experience was the time I spent on the phone with San Diego Luxury Transportation's manager. She was insensitive to any of my concerns. She was rude and condescending. I asked for a gesture in the form of a credit back to my credit card and she told me she spoke to her boss, the owner of the company and he said no. They DO NOT CARE at all and have ZERO customer service. I have had better service from Yellow Cab."
Limo Service Response: "Based on the drivers part, I,Sandi, was not late and yes, there were pennies in the car. I apologized for the office manager's attitude and I was not clueless.( with due respect) You were angry when I showed up and what I was clueless about was your attitude toward me. Your mother and husband were extremely happy and I showed up at 6:00, but you did not enter the vehicle because of your complaints. You apologized at the end of the evening for your outburst."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. They do NOT even deserve one star. Only good thing about this company was the driver (nothing but good things to say about him). The windows do not roll down, got very stuffy, was not even stocked w/ ice(we had to buy our own during the trip), lighting kept going out/resetting and air conditioner was non-existent. When I contacted the"manager" towards the end of the night, she stated she would not do anything and it was our fault for not calling sooner (as if we were in the limo the whole time). In fact, the limo was shutting off while I was on the phone with her and when I made mention of that, she did nothing as if I was lying. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY RUIN YOUR PARTY. If there is a problem with the limo, they won't do anything since they already have your money. Their FLEET SUCKS. Do your research , take your money elsewhere and get a better company. "
Limo Service Response: "This client called 3 days after her reservation to complain about the limo. She called 3 days after and wanted a full refund. When asked why she did not call during the time of the event so that we could remedy the problem..her response was she did not want to ruin the party. There was no issues with the limo before the reservation, during and after. I guarantee if the limo ruined the party we would have gotten a phone at that moment. "

"If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!! Do NOT go with this companyI!! You will be soo disappointed!!! Car was OLD and BROKE DOWN 3 times, Limo driver didn't know where he was going!!!! Hon the owner is NOT professional! Complete nightmare!!! BEWARE!!! Andrew our driver was about 10 minutes late to begin with and immediately asked for our cash before starting the trip. Hon the owner had informed me upon booking our reservation that to put it on credit cards was fine so our drivere had to call someone at the company to ask for permission and dealing with the credit card situation took another 10 minutes to get straightened out. Then once we got in the limo Hon promised me it would be stocked with ice which there was none. The door handles were broken off of both of the doors, the air conditioning wasn’t working and all of the windows were steamed up because it was so warm. The window tint on the windows was all crackled so you couldn’t see out of the windows. The radio didn’t work and there was only one radio station that came in and the worst of it was that there was an overly strong burning smell while riding up the 15 freeway to Temecula. When I told Andrew (the driver) the first winery we wanted to go to he asked where that was since he had never driven to Temecula before and this was his first trip driving anyone up there. That was very frustrating since I specifically asked Hon for a good driver and he said sure no problem. Once we arrived to our first winery I let Andrew know how disappointed I was with the quality of the limo and with no disrespect to him regarding the fact that he had no idea where we were going. The last thing I want to do is navigate to a driver where to go… Isn’t that the luxury of having a limo is relying on someone to take you where you would like to go?? He immediately called Angelina ( the dispatcher at SDLT) and when I expressed to her our dissatisfaction with the limo she gave me two options. Either Andrew could drive usback to San Diego or he could leave us there stranded in Temecula without transportation. I told her neither one of these was an option especially since we were celebrating my mother's 60th bday and that we wanted a new limo or we would need to be compensated in some way for our distress. She began to yell at me and again tell me my 2 options and I told Andrew I could not deal with her and gave Andrew his phone back…. Once we came out of the first winery to go to the 2nd winery our limo completely died and Andrew had to get a jump start from someone in the parking lot which wasted about 45 minutes of time. We got down the bottom of the hill and the limo completely died again!!! We decided not to waste any more time sitting in an old broken down limo so we decided to walk a quarter of a mile to the closest winery (one we did NOT want to go to by the way....we just went since it was the closest and we were now on foot!) while we waited for our limo to get repaired. We had to dodge cars on a very busy highway and walk on the side of the freeway which was not safe. Once we wasted some time at the winery we did NOT want to go to our limo still wasn’t repaired. We were able to hitch a ride from a completely different limo from a different company to the 3rd winery still while waiting for our limo to be repaired. We also had to pay this other limo for their transportation… While at the 3rd winery and after much stress from dealing with this situation we were told a new “Bentley” limo was being sent. After about 3 hours had gone by the new limo arrived. This limo was definitely better but by no means was it a Bentley. It just had the Bentley symbol on it to make it appear that way. Regardless it was a ride so by that point it was nice that we weren’t on foot walking on busy highways to get to our next destination. We asked Andrew to take us to Ponte because we wanted to grab a late lunch by this point so he took us there. After we were done eating we told him we wanted to go to the last winery on our list. When he tried to take us there he got us completely lost and wasted so much time doing so that by the time we would have gotten there the winery would have been closed. We were so fed up with the service we just asked to go back to San Diego. In Summary, we only got to go to 1 winery we actually wanted to go to and the rest we had no other options because we had to go to the closest ones since we had no transportation!! There were about 4 hours wasted on the limo breaking down (which was a total of 3 times) and then waiting for the new limo and then Andrew getting lost. Angelina handled it very unprofessionally. When I called and actually got a hold of Hon the owner a couple of days later he told me they gave us options to get out of our contract with him... we either 1) get a ride back to San Diego from Temecula or 2) the limo could have left us stranded there! I'm sorry those are very weak options in my mind and if you would like a professional, reliable limo company this is not it!! Hon said he was not willing to refund any of our money and that by giving us these options we could have gotten out of the contract. What a joke! Hon then proceeded to hang up on me. This is just a normal walk in the park for this company. They do not care at all!!! This trip was a total disaster and what was supposed to be a fun and memorable experience for my Mother’s 60th birthday turned out to be a complete stressful nightmare. Go with someone else!! It will be well worth it!! "
Limo Service Response: "The original limo sent had a problem with the alternator which unfortunate is very common in limos. Because the problem happened in Temecula one hour away from base it took about 1.5hrs to finally exchange limos not 3hrs. I offered the client to cancel the reservation or provide the lost time plus extra time. Its extremely difficult to try to negotiate with someone that is completely intoxicated. This clients got there full time plus 2 hours extra. She called back trying to get a full refund. We have a fleet of 25 plus limos. Because of our large fleet and quick response this passengers were able to have a good time at the wineries and make it back home safe. "

"This was a wonderful experience. The driver Brandon was awesome. The party was 10 13-15 year old boys!! We drove from San Diego to Los Angeles and back! Our limo arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He was completely patient with the boys (and trust me that was not an easy task) VERY PROFESSIONAL, Great experience! I could go on and on, but I will say this, I was very impressed with their service, patience and professionalism."

"We rented a Cadillac stretch Limousine for a Christmas Light tour. We stopped at a snow flake show and then let the driver decide where to take us. The driver Brad (dressed as Santa) knew all the spots with the most beautiful Christmas Light displays. I suggest anyone with children to plan a nice Christmas tour. (even without children) We all had a good time. :) :) :)"

Late to my own wedding .. made all sorts of promises on the phone while booking and charging credit card but never followed through with any thing close to what they said .. the limo was a beat up used up mess.. and they were very unprofessional.. the owner Dong straw wont even return calls just on to the next VICTUM... "If i could give them half of 1 star I would. First off, there is nothing luxury about this limo company. This was my wedding day and everything was smooth until this limo showed. We had to walk half a mile to the limo because the driver stated the limo was too long to turn to give us front door service. After taking pictures, she backed into a ditch 4 times. This is when we figured out the limo didn't have power steering! Limo was not clean. Dirty inside and out. Door panels were missing off the back doors. We couldn't control our windows because the automatic buttons to let them up or down were missing. Our bar was stocked with left over jello shots from the last pick-up and drop off service they provided. I was not pleased at all with this company. And they called this an upgrade to what I originally requested. Lets say more of a downgrade. If you are looking for a nice limo company with top notch service, do not go with this company. There is better service available elsewhere. They take your money and provide you with a night you will never forget and not in a good way. They completely ruined my wedding day. Oh and not to mention, they are complete liars and practice false advertisement. San Diego Luxury Transportation is misleading. Please change your name to better suit the non grade A service you provide to people. "
Limo Service Response: " Kuyanda received a call to confirm that she was OK with the change of vehicle at the same price and she agreed. When our chauffeur arrived on wedding sight, he advised dispatch that it was impossible reach pick up location with such a large stretch Limousine. When Kuyanda called back a couple of weeks later, she requested a full refund for her Limousine reservations. She then was advised that she will receive a partial refund. However, Kuyanda was not happy with that and quickly ended the conversation. She received partial refund that same day. We truly apologize about any inconvenience."

"WORST COMPANY EVER ..PAY NO ATTENTION TO THESE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE PHONEY.. THEY WERE NOT ONLY LATE BUT IT WAS SOO DIRTY. AND THE DRIVER LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE ON CRACK... CALLED OWNER HON AND HE WAS THE BIGGEST COUWARD ..WOULDNT EVEN CALL US BACK.. WAY OVER PRICED AND SERVICE SUCKED RUIN OUR PROM AND FOUND OUT THEY RIUN EVERY ONES FROM OUR SCHOOL AS WELL..NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN"
Limo Service Response: "This chauffeur in particular actually is master chief in the military. We take background and drug tests prior to hiring chauffeurs. It is sad how children now in days judge random people. Never did the owner or O'Hara dispatch line receive any calls in regards to this reservation. The Limousine was clean, on time and our chauffeur is a nice gentleman."

"I tried calling a few limo companies for a last minute reservation. This was the only limo company that answered and gave me a great deal on a Hummer strech limo. A guy by the name of Tim got me VIP passes to two clubs and my driver Marcus was super cool. I was asked if I write a good review I would recieve a $25 discount. After this experience Im going to use thim again and give my $25 to the driver."

"This is by far the worse limo company in the world. BEWARE - THERE ARE NUMEROUS FAKE REVIEWS ON HERE. I will be filing a complaint with MTS and filing suit in Small Claims Court for Breach of Contract, Intentional and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress and I will seek punitive damages. I may start a class action suit if enough people are interested. Never do business with this company. Here is a list of my complaints; The driver, David, attempted to extort us. Extortion is the crime of attempting to obtain money or some other thing of value by the abuse of one's office or authority. Once we were 30 miles north, the driver demanded $290.00 cash or else he would not take us home. He said his boss, Hon, made him do it. The driver could not drive properly. He slammed on the brakes numerous times causing passengers to hit their heads. Then, he accelerated so fast people flew out of their seats. The driver played loud, obnoxious, music we did not request. The driver did not know how to read addresses and/or map quest. He said his GPS was stolen so we gave him a GPS and perfect Map Quest directions, yet we still had to navigate for him and he still missed every location. We did not even want to talk to this guy, but we had to due to his ineptness at his job. The limo was 25 minutes late. The Driver could not even find my house, even though he drove right by it. When he finally picked us up, the inside limo temperature was too hot to tolerate. I had to rub ice on my head. The driver could not unlock the child locks on the windows to alleviate the scorching heat. So, in addition to attempting to extort us, the driver had no idea how to operate a limo or read directions. I read other reviews on Yelp where a driver for this company SLAPPED A GIRL. This company has also ruined people’s weddings and then yelled at the bride. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT."
Limo Service Response: "At 2:10pm May 1st, 2010 I received a phone call asking where our limo driver was. At that moment Mr. Shay responded that the limo just passed right by him. I told him that I will have the driver contact him to make sure he gets in touch and that the time will start at the moment that he gets in the limo. Our reservation was noted that Mr. Shay wanted to pay $100 on CC as a deposit and the balance in Cash. It is standard policy that if the client wants to pay cash that they must pay so before the start of the reservation. Because of the short delay, our driver fail to collect the cash money at the point of contact. The driver asked Mr. Shay for payment, during this time Mr. Shay did not want to pay cash. The driver called the office to let us know the situation. We instructed the driver that if they do not pay the balance then we would not be able to continue the reservation. The clients decided to pay with credit card with the comment that they were going to dispute the charges. At no time during the reservation did Mr. Shay call the office and complain about the limo or the drivers skills. The driver in question was a an ex-limo owner in NYC with over 15 years in the business. The driver also mentioned that the clients were already intoxicated prior to their beer tour. If Mr. Shay would have attempted to call us, we would have changed the limo and driver and provide a free hour of service. - PLEASE NOTE THAT PUC DISMISSED THIS AS AN ILLEGITIMATE CLAIM. "

"To clarify portions of my earlier review, and in fairness to the company, upon hearing my complaint and dissatisfaction, the company did refund us one hour and gave us a discounted rate of $40.00 per hour. They also sent a new car and a new driver and they gave us a complimentary bottle of Cooks Champagne. I did not include that information in my initial review. The omission of that information was not done with intent to harm this company. While this e-mail is being written as a result of the owner of the company threatening legal action against me, I can not negate that they ultimately did make the situation better. The second driver, Kona was very good and the evening ended on a high note. Had Kona been our initial driver, and had the vehicle had working air conditioning, this would have been a great experience from beginning to end. With that all being said, I still will NEVER do business with this company again. Attached is a copy of the e-mail I received from the owner of the company in response to my initial review: "Hello Nacy, Thank you for your kind words with your review. However, I am writing you back with regards of misleading information. You fail to mention that we gave you a free hour, changed the limo and then gave you the second hour for a cost of $40. I will be give you 48hrs to change your review to what we did. If this changes are not made I will be taking full legal action against you. Please let me know what you would like to do. Hon""
Limo Service Response: "Its amazing how people are very misleading. You have to threaten them with legal action just to get the truth out. Every time you read a bad review on any company remember this person. "

"Buyer Beware! This company is terrible. I sent an itemized itinerary to the company 24 hours before pickup. When the driver arrived at our house, the air conditioning was not working in the car. The driver had a GPS in the car and still got lost 3 different times which caused us to be over an hour late to our reservation. I spoke to a supervisor about the situation. He was rude and threatened to cancel the entire transaction and leave use and our guests stranded at a restaurant. Hon, the owner of the company was absolutely no help. He refused to consider rectifying the situation even though they delivered a car with no AC and a driver who did not know where he was going. If you want reliable service and good customer service, this is not the company for you. "
Limo Service Response: "Not only did we switch the limo 1 hour into the service we gave Nancy a free hour and added and then second extra hour for $40. Nancy requested a different driver which we did and was very pleased with Kona. We even gave Nancy a free bottle of champ. The next day Nancy emailed wanted a refund of service. I have emailed Nancy advising her to change her review to the facts. If not done withen 48 hrs we will take this matter legal. We do everything to make a client happy and this is what we get in the end. "

"*BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE SERVICE, PLEASE TAKE HEED TO ALL OF THESE REVIEWS!!! I rented an escalade limo for birthday and my birthday experience was ruined and I was embarrassed because my guest paid to be apart of the limo experience. Hon who is the owner of the company is extremely rude and is not accomodating when problems arise. I was told that the limo I was getting would have state of the art sound system with ipod connector, when the limo arrived there was no Ipod connector nor did the driver know how to work the system, we did not get to watch our movie that we had planned. We were also told that we would get VIP service to the club of our choice and when we arrived at the club with 14 people we were embarrased because we were not on the list of the club. I called Hon because I had reserved the limo 3 weeks in advance and I confirmed twice that week and he confirmed that night that we would be on the list for the club. After talking with Hon he blatently told me that he was not making any money for us to get inside the club and that he gave us a great deal and I should not complain even though I had an email confirmation with details of what was to be provided that night!! The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE and Hon the owner has NO ETHICS AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS all he cares about is getting the MONEY. He insulted me by calling me and my friends cheap, after we paid him $550 in full and in cash, I also tipped his driver, I am not a cheap client but please beware of this company they are nothing but a bunch of scammers, out to get your money!! You get what you pay for, please seek another service. I was also warned by several other Limo services about this company and I wish I would have listened because I probably would have had a better birthday experience."
Limo Service Response: "In our business clients are number one, we do everything we can do take care of our clients. In respond to Mrs. Beale. She came and saw all our limos first hand in person. We gave her a deal of $90per/hr on a Esclade a savings of $60per/hr on top of that we got her VIP passes to Altitude and Voyer. Mrs Beale was on the guest list on Stingree, but was not allowed in due to dress code. However, she did get into 2 clubs VIP for no cost, because of us. When Mrs. Beale called the next morning complaining about the service. I expressed to her that I have no control on who gets in on clubs. And also explained to her that she got into 2 clubs at no cost because of what I did. I saved her over $300 on two clubs and a discount limo. Its sad to know you go out of your way to do something for free and people act like if they paid full a entire VIP service. Mrs Beale should be upset with Stingree for not us. Next advise if you want to go into a nice club, dress and act properly."

"**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** This company does do provide the service they say, The limo was to arrive with champange and I was suppose to receive VIP service at the night club of my choice. Howver I did not get the champange nor did I receive VIP service, not only that but they had the nerve to charge my credit card and leave me and 17 of my guest stranded at the night club downtown at 1:00am!!!!! They work with SFLT which is another company that you should not use!!!!!!!"
Limo Service Response: "Terreia Jones paid a deposit and refused to pay remaining balance, her credit card was declined!!! We do not provide VIP service at clubs, we only provide guest list service. Ms Jones did get in to club of her choice for free with all guests!!! When driver requested payment, Terreia Jones and guests of hers not only yelled and cursed at driver but also tried assault him with High Heels which I guess were taken off in advance. This is unacceptable and determined the contract. Terreia Jones still has a outstanding balance with San Diego Luxury Transportation. If no payment is received within 7 business days, San Diego Luxury Transportation will take legal action. Terreia please review contract you received from San Diego Luxury Transportation it is stated that harassing and assaulting driver will determine service. We apologize that you and your guest were left at club, but our drivers should not have to be in fear of clients and clients guests. There is only one driver!!! Terreia Jones had 17 guests harassing and trying to assault driver. Please understand that this was unacceptable!!!"

""Terrible service and even worse customer support after they failed to deliver my passengers to their contracted destination. The Limo Bus ran out of gas on the side of the freeway, late at night, and the driver did not provide for an alternate means to get passengers to the intended desitination safely. Poor training and a very dangerous situation with young adults returning from birthday party where alcohol was served. Spoke with the supervisor the next morning while he was on side of freeway assisting another one of their Limo Buses that had run out of gas! Unbelievable!! The supervisor made a dozen excuses and did not return phone calls. I would not recommend this company at all! They had no contigency plan, taxis should have been called right away as a safe, alternative means of transportation. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. I followed up with a report to the San Diego Better Business Bureau. The BBB tried several times to contact the company but to no avail. They obviously do not care that people are filing claims against them and are hoping that their low prices will keep them in business. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for in life sometimes." Oh yeah, they also said we would get a free bottle of champagne with the Birthday Special. Guess what? NO champagne was provided. "

Driver was 20 minutes early at my home, also was he well trained and knew all wineries and locations we wanted to go to. He deserved his tip! Limo was like new and still had that leather smell to it. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent a driver who had never been to LAX to pick me up from the terminal. They turned up more than an hour late and gave the excuse that they were waiting outside the terminal. WHAT KIND OF STUPID EXCUSE IS THAT WHEN YOU'RE HIRED FOR A MEET AND GREET. I paid my bill in cash, which I was originally told was one price but they then increased the price once I confirmed I wanted the car and supplied all my details. Despite the cash payment on the day, they still billed my card. HONESTLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I COULD IMAGINE"
Limo Service Response: "Drivers meet and greet at baggage claim which you were informed of when reservation was placed. Driver and dispatch office called cellphone number you provided us with with no luck, voicemessages were left. We do not increase set prices, we do charge for overtime and damage to vehicles. "

"I made a contract with San Diego Luxury Transportation and they failed to provide the services we discussed in writing. First of all we had in writing a 6pm pick up and they arrived at 6:35pm. They were to provide 2 bottles of champagne and didn't. We had 7pm dinner reservations and we were 40 minutes late to the restaurant. Our pick up time was 10:00pm and he arrived at 10:30pm and refused to drive us to our final destination without paying cash. We rufused due to this poor service, lack of written commitment and he stranded 10 people who had pay cabs to get home. This is the worst limo company in San Diego and I was warned by two other companies not to use them and we wished we would have listened! Do not use them, my party of 10 will never use them or recommend them again! I'm also reporting them to the BBB."

"This company was the worst!! We hired them for a pick-up and drop off for a 50th anniversary dinner. First they were 35 minutes late for the pick-up which then made us 40 minutes late for the dinner reservation! There was to be two bottles of champange each way and there was none. The pick-up was 35 minutes late,then refused to take the guests home because we complained. Therefore, stranded the entire party and when phoned the owner were told to bad and find alternate transportation. I have never ever had service such as this and find it unbelieveable that with the way the economy is at this time that we would receive such poor quality of service. Funny thing is two other companies on this site warned us of this type of thing happening with SD Luxury. Will never use this service again and will be placing more ads and calls warning what happened to us. Also, they make you pay in advance so they get your money and you get no service!!!"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We booked an escalade limo for 20 people for my wedding on Sept.5, 2009. I saw the Escalade limo on Sept. 2 to confirm everything. When they started the limo it was making loud noises, so I asked them if that noise will be fixed and they said it is only a timing belt and that they would have it fixed by Saturday my wedding day. I also asked her to write in the notes that if it the sounds persist to send another limo. The day of the wedding, the limo never showed up. They called at 11 am and said the escalade limo broke down and that they promised they would have a limo bus come instead by 1pm. After waiting for 1/2 hour, we called and they said that it overheated also and that I should find my own transportation for 20 people if I don't want to be late for my wedding. I was very upset and cried, but had to figure it out. Then for the evening pickup, as we were making our final departure in front of all the guest (expecting the limo to be there) our wedding coordinator said that the driver will be running late because he was at the gas station getting gas. I was completely embarrased and horrified in front of 170 guest. The rest of the wedding entourage took off own their own cars and finally the limo arrive and only my husband and I were able to ride the limo. I spoke to the owner who had no consideration about what happened. They had charged my credit card the full amount and when I spoke to the owner he refused to refund me all my money. I believed I shouldn't have to pay for anything. But the owner kept arguining with me so I even offered to pay the price of a smaller car just to come to a resolution. The owner said NO and that he woulk take me to court. I should be taking him to court for the expenses he caused me to transport 20 people on my own (took about 8 cars), the time wasted, being late to my wedding and ruining my wedding day, the embarrasment to my wedding party and 170 guest, cost of photographer's time and not having any photos with the limo, and for threatening to take me to court after everything that happened. I understand that things happen, but I really do not agree with how they are handling the situation. PLEASE BEWARE!!! "

"we rented a limo bus for Friday June 19,2009 for my birthday we put $60 dollars down payment for the bus. On friday at 8:00 pm the bus arrived infront of the house to pick up 20 people when arriving the bus driver played the radio system which played good we looked at the ipod connecter because that was what we were going to play the whole 3 hours that we payed for. When leaving the pick-up destination we tryed to situate the system which should have been done before the bus got to the pick-up destination. We spent an hour trying to make the system work. Besides the fact that the bus driver did not kow what to do or how to fix the system the cord to the ipod connection did not work because it was torn. We did not get offered a new bus when going to the buisness nor did we get anything situated that night. The bus driver left and we didn not get our 3 hour that we paid $300 dollars for. The next day we called the buisness to try to get some sort of refund or another bus, John who would n ot give us his last name said he would not give us a refund nor another bus. We asked them if they can please do something to make this right but they refused and denied us for a refund. They were rude and unigoshiable this buisness is not reliable and there bus are not safe. Besides the fact that the electronic systems were not working their buses doors were broken and it was not very safe. I would like something to happen becasue this is not right. "

"First of all the limo was late to pick up the Bride. This caused our wedding to start later. We took our pictures and were transfer to the reception. I noticed the limo had a nice little dent in the side by the rear door. Not very nice at all. We stopped to take more pictures by the reception and the loimo driver hurried us because he had to be at another wedding. Then they charged me a 1/2 hour overtime fee and they were late! I tried to contact Hon Straw about the matter and he ignored my calls. Very unprofessional and poor service all around."
