"We had an excellent experience when using Runways Limousine. I order a 10 Passenger Limo on my Husband’s Birthday. I wanted to give a surprise party to my husband and all his friends, first I was worried because I didn’t want any problem with limo service .Than I found Runways Limousine service, they have very nice website. So a definite star for client services /reservations. Our driver arrived promptly and was ready to assist all of us to the vehicle (including holding the umbrellas while we all hustled under the rain to get into the car. Limousine was clean and with full amenities and the ride was smooth - another star for the vehicle condition. Water, Soda, Champagne, Wine was complimentary. After our evening was over we called our driver again and he quickly came to pick us up. From the club Back to Fremont. We didn't even need to deal with cash as they accept credit cards, making the process seamless. You guessed it...a star for convenience. Once they charged our card the receipt came to our email address .I don’t have to call or ask for invoice .Most companies don’t offer this kind of Services.
