"My driver repeatedly called me and was rude and off putting when he picked my group up. I kept telling him my luggage was not ready and that my flight was delayed. I'm surprised he did not check the flight information provided because he would have known to not show up. But, instead he did and harassed me until I came out and then charged me a late fee. My experience was horrible. "

"Worst experience ever!!! Schedued a pick up and paid a deposit for a limo pick up at the airport a month in advance. Arrived at the airport and no limo. I called the number on my reservation and spoke with Alberto "Owner" who said he didn't have a pick up scheduled and could not send anyone. I called "Alberto" back and he hung up on me because I was a little agitated about leaving my family and I stranded at the airport. Horrible experience and no customer service. Extremely amature. "
Limo Service Response: "Client called at 06.49 this morning looking for his vehicle, we told him that we did not have anything scheduled at the airport at than time and did not have anyone right away, turn out that he had a curb-side pick-up for a 08.15, the flight came in an hour and a half before his request a flight that we could not confirm due to wrong information given and as far a little agitated (understatement) no need to curse, called client back to explain to the customer and he refused to talk to us. Royal staff."

"Booked a post-cruise pickup at Port of Miami. I inadvertently booked the wrong time. I was able to call them from the ship and change the time with the company. Had booked a 6 passenger limo for the ride from the Port to Fort Lauderdale. The company sent a 20 passenger Hummer Limousine which thrilled the members of our party! Limo was clean and fully stocked. Driver was courteous and professional. Great ride and now my top choice when in the Miami-Dade/Broward County area. PS: Royal Limousines was cheaper by $50 than the competition! Great value for the money. "
