"My flight was running late and rather than leaving a single female stranded at night, Vic was on top of it and had my flight info loaded to his phone. I had a text waiting for me saying "sorry for the delayed flight, on top of it" and came outside to a gentleman with an umbrella and a warm vehicle on a cold rainy night. Thank you so much.
