"Royal Limo picked my wife and I up at the Milwaukee airport as we arrived in town for a business event we were producing in the city. Normal pick up, fine service, with a typical Town Car and fairly friendly driver, no problem. Well all those good feelings about Royal Limo totally fell apart on the early morning a few days later when they were also booked to pick us up at our hotel at 4:45am for a early flight out. We got up early and we were down front on time waiting for the driver. I received the typical confirming text from, giving me the driver’s name and phone number. Well, 4:45am came and went, and no driver! I called and after many phone rings, the groggy driver finally answered. It was obvious to me he had overslept and missed the appointment. I asked him to call his company to get another car dispatched to me immediately so I could still make my flight. He called me back and said, “Sorry, we can’t help you, suggest, you call a cab” Thanks a lot! The chances of getting a cab a 5 a.m. in Milwaukee - not a huge city - seemed rather unlikely. Fortunately, I had just started using Uber - and had the app on my phone, well, I had a Uber ‘black car’ at our hotel in less than 5 minutes! No thanks to Royal Limo! I would never recommend using this company. Missing a scheduled drive and then basically telling the customer - ‘your ob your own, buddy’ is inexcusable."

"This company picked us up at MKE airport and was fine. BUT . . . had them booked for our early return yesterday morning from the hotel at 4:45am for a early flight out. I had everything booked correctly, got confo text from, but NO DRIVER! I called him and after many rings, he answered. He obviously was not on his way, he was still in bed. I ask him what to do? He said he check with his company and called me back. He did and said I was out of luck, that I should call a cab! Thanks a lot, guys! Thanks for nothing. There's NO excuse foe this and never happened to me before. I suggest that drop this company. Lucky I had the Uber app on my phone! I booked a 'black car' at 1/3 of the cost and had the guy there in 5 minutes."

"I would like to thank you and Gary for the wonderful service we received on our wedding night. It wouldn't have been the same without Royal Limousine! Gary was very courteous and a great driver. I would like to apologize to him for the behavior of our groomsmen. I'm sure there are many parties that act worse, but I am still embarassed about the way they acted. Also, thank you again for the extra transportation at the end of the evening. David and I were SO SUPRISED to see a limo waiting for us when we came outside! It was a real treat, and a perfect ending to a perfect day! "

"Kevin, I have to say, Ron was as much fun as you said he was! He had no problem stopping at the high school to pick up the kids and then take us to the concert! He helped pack the coolers for the trip and even went out of his way to make sure my niece had her backpack when she got off the bus at the end of the night! We had an awesome ride up to the concert and an awesome ride back. It totally made the experience. The adults on the bus all agreed, Royal Limo Party Bus is the ONLY way to do a concert! Can't wait until Nickelback comes around again! We will definitely use you again!"
