"This was the worst limo experience I have ever had to deal with! The driver, who barely spoke English, did not seem to know his way around Houston & was pretty rude, dropped us off at the designated limo area at Reliant Stadium. We agreed that he would meet us there when we were ready to leave. He gave me his cell number to call when we were leaving the stadium so he would be ready to pick us up. Well, we called...& called...no answer! We walked down to the agreed location to find no limo. I called the company who basically said it was our problem to find him and that we must be in the wrong place. BS!!! After a very heated exchange they hung up on me...told me to get a cab! Then I saw our limo dropping off other people! He was sneaking in other fares while on my clock charging my credit card! The driver saw me and then just drove off leaving us in the middle of Kirby, freezing our butts off. They then refused to reverse the charges so basically I paid $500.00 for a one-way ride to Reliant...BS!!! Again. This company is as bad as they get...do not hire them. "

"Hired to drive bridal party to church. The passengers had to give driver directions to all stops, although he had addresses in advance. Driver nearly had 2 traffic accidents. Driver parked at church front door & was sleeping in car in view of guests. Very unprofessional - did not get money's worth. Office unresponsive to complaints. Would never recommend to anyone."
