"Hey Rockstar……..
We felt like a rockstars on Tuesday. Dana our drive was cool. We had a blast. She got us everywhere and we wanted and more. We had a great time. She had dinner with us and was a great driver. You got to imagine how funny it was to drive around Amish country in a stretch limo. Hysterical! Or was that the wine? My Maryland friends were impressed.
Rockstar delivered what I asked for. Thanks every one and Melissa too.

"We celebrated New Year's early with two other couples in a 10 passenger limo. We had dinner at Pier W and toured the city lights and ended with a nightcap on 4th St. Melissa was very courteous and took us around town in less than favorable weather conditions. We would opt for her without hesitation again and the limo was excellent with ice and glasses waiting for our champaigne!"

"I just wanted to drop a note to say thank you for a wonderful experience last night. Our driver, Melissa, was very professional and courteous, and she did a great job of navigating that huge limo through downtown Cleveland. She followed the directions I provided in advance perfectly with no questions or problems. She even helped us out by taking a few photos for us.
The entire evening went smoothly and the limo itself was awesome. Thanks to your team and Melissa for making a memorable evening for us on our 30th wedding anniversary.

"BUYER BEWARE, never use this company! After a 4-hour use of the limo we were charged $200 for damages we never did! We are a professional couple in our 50's who went to dinner inTremont to celebrate our anniversary. Our credit card was charged without notice with these outrageous claims. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! "

"I am very sorry that you feel this way, we are a small company that works very hard to maintain our vehicles and keep them clean and safe for other passengers. I will not go into full details about this reservation, however we did have a wedding the very next morning and had to quickly get the car detailed due to the smell of cigarettes, not to mention the burns and excessively spilt alcohol. If you would like to smoke you may ask the driver to pull over and enjoy a cigarette outside of the limousine or if an accident does happen with alcohol we are very understanding and will assist in a clean up, but when the vehicles are mistreated our policy on damages is very clear and we will not except this type of behavior."

"The BEST Limo company out there! VERY reasonably priced and great people to work with! we used them for our wedding day July 16th, 2011, and he was AWESOME! showed up extra early to take the guys to the church and to come get all of us girls! the inside of the limo had plenty of drinks for everyone and was decorated in our colors! the driver even wore a shirt to match our color, he was a trooper :) we also love the fact that he is quite a ways away from us but was more than willing to travel with no questions asked! we will definitely use them in the future and recommend to others looking for a great limo company! "

"Local drivers not available, so called Rockstar Limo, an hour away to save the day! Six of us went to Taylor Swift concert 6-18-11 as a surprise birthday present for my 8 yr old daughter, Macy and her best friend Morgan who also turned 8 on the 14th. They were super excited and loved their 1st Limo ride, they really enjoyed talking to Nick, our driver. Rockstar set them up with birthday theme items that were perfect-Loved it! The night was great aside from major traffic! Thanks Nick for getting us there and back safely, and Melissa thanks for a job well done! Would recommend and use them again!"

I used your companies service this past wed. for a special birthday outing for my wife & I. And even tho I thought it might have been short notice to contract your services.... you guys proved to me that i called the right limo company. Not only did i receive confirmations & call back in a timely manner,the price quoted to me was 100% within my budget,which gave me the impression of an honest company that i was dealing with. Then to top everythng off; Nick showed up very much on time & was courtious,cool & prepared to make our experience an enjoyable one. My wife and i pay attention to little things when it comes to dealing with people who's job it is to provide any forms of customer service to the public. And all i can say is..... 110% is what we got, i will surely recommend ROCKSTAR Limo to any & all. "I got the All Day Wedding Package. The driver showed up 15 minutes early and held an umbrella for my bridesmaids and myself at every stop. There was a nice arrangement of snacks, juice and water in the limousine. The Party Bus showed up 1/2 hour early, the driver helped load our heavy coolers, the ride was so smooth I could set my drinks on the seat, Our driver cleaned up after us in between stops.
