"We booked our limo for 6pm on Friday from Round Rock in order to be at our wedding ceremony in Austin at 7pm. Due to an accident, the driver was stuck in traffic and did not make it to the pick up place until 6:45pm. We arrived at our destination around 7:30pm, putting a lot of stress on our wedding party. I understand this is not the drivers fault, but I would have expected Limos.com/operator to suggest an alternative solution or compensation. "
