"I hired PrimeTime Limousine for 10 people to help us celebrate St. Patrick's Day in downtown Cleveland, hopping from one bar to the next with close friends. I told the owners and the driver of PrimeTime Limousine that I wanted to propose to my fiance near the beginning of the day inside the limo. They helped me keep that secret, and when I popped the question to my fiance, and he said yes, the driver surprised all of us with champagne! The driver was very friendly, prompt, dressed very well, a gentleman all the way around. He really made our St. Patty's Day and engagement truly extra special!
