"1st of All....Thank You ! Great Customer Service....On Time.... Beautiful Limo.... Driver Mike, was Professional, Courteous and Friendly. Booked a Limo for a Special Day for all our boys.... (a Poppa, Son-in-law & 3 Grandboys ) to go to a game at Fenway Park ! It was to be a Surprise for all of them......and IT WAS ! They loved it! Thanks Prestige Limousines, Plymouth N.H. "I would not recommend this company at all. Prom night for our son and 13 other people was ruined when the limo that was promised did not show up and they ended up going to the prom in what was basically an airport shuttle van from Keene. To make it worse, the woman promised to send at least the $200.00 deposit back, but a month later, and many phone calls, we still have yet to see the money. I cringe giving the company a one star rating."
Limo Service Response: "Dustin Chickering emailed our company about reserving a Limousine for his Prom, he wanted to reserve but did not want to reserve with a Credit Card, he wanted to send a check in the mail. I advised Dustin I would be unable to hold a vehicle reserved for him without a Credit Card deposit, and if he sent a Check in the mail the vehicle would only be reserved when I receveid the deposit check, if the vehicle was still available. Prior to receiving their check I did reserve the vehicle for another customer. Upon receipt of the check I spoke to Dustin and explained to him that I no longer had that vehicle or any other vehicles available for that day, at Dustins request I found an affiliate, Ambassador Limousine out of Salem, MA that had a vehicle available for him. Obliging my customers needs. I emailed the Chickerings and explained to them that my company, Prestige Limousine would not be completeing this job, that Ambassador Limousine would as they had an available vehicle. I forwarded the deposit paid by the Chickerings to Ambassador Limousine. I spoke with Ambassador Limousine prior to the day of service to confirm that their vehicle would be there on time and be able to complete this reservation, they advised me that it would go as planned. On the day of service Ambassador Limousine had an electrical breakdown that was unable to be repaired at that time, they called me to advise me of the situation, as well they contacted the Chickerings to advise them. At this point both myself and Amabassador Limousine started to contact all Limousine companies to try to find a vehicle available to transport the Chickerings party to the Prom. Ambassador Limousine contacted Adventure Limousine out of Swanzey, NH, they said they did have what they described as a bus that was a limousine inside. He contacted Mr. Chickering and advised him of this vehicle. The vehicle arrived and Mr. Chickering entered into a contract and paid them directly, if there was a problem with the vehicle from Adventure Limousine then that should have been taken up immeditately with that company. We were not responsible for this, the Chickerings were told from the beginning that our vehicles were not available and the services would be provided by Ambassador Limousine. If our company had a vehicle available for them this would not have happened, as we pride our company on being punctual and providing the best service for our customers. There was only one phone call from the Chickerings regarding the deposit and Mr. Chickering was advised that the Check was sent refunding them their $200.00 on May 21, 2009. We greatly apologize for any inconveinence but it was circumstances beyond our control."

"The Limousine arrived early. The chauffeur was very professional and curteous.. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my day go easier.. One of the things I remember the most was him telling me to Breath!! It worked.. The office staff was absolute wonderful when I reserved my limousine. I would definately use them again and again"
