"Paramount limosine (Los Angeles) is the transportation comany I am referring to. My flight arrived 20 minutes early. Driver not there. Tried calling driver and limos.com. Couldn't get through to either. Finally reached driver (1/2 hour later) and he said we had provided the wrong flight details and when asked when he would be there he was still half hour away (so wouldn't have been on time even if flight was on time). Then because I yelled at him he cancelled the pick up and I was stranded at the airport. Called Paramount and after a bit of back and forth they sent another driver. I'm hesitant to use limos.com again as I'm not sure all of the companies you deal with are reputable."

The price was comparable to a cab for one-way, but I couldn't find a lower price anywhere else. And for round-trip, the return was discounted by a third. As for the service, it was just terrific.
