"I was expecting a new limo in working condition for my family and myself for a beautiful, relaxing time at the La Quinta Resort Easter Brunch, along with a complimentary bottle of champagne. . Instead I got a run down dog of an old limo which sounded like the transmission or engine was ready to fail blowing moderate to hot air. It was over 85 in the limo this morning but when we got back into it leaving the resort it was boiling hot over 100 degrees and it cooled to about 97 when we arrived home. My son is sick with the heat, he keeps his A/C cranked to 72 at home he was abvout to pass out. The ride from hell lasted for about 45 minutes and was sheer torture to me seeing them suffering as it is hot in Palm Springs.
I am really angry and demand an explanation of your false advertising, we did not have even cold water. John, the manager, acted like we had no reason to complain. I have never been treated so badly, what kind of business do you run. I saw your ad it is false. If my son and daughter in law end up in the hospital I am holding you responsible and sending you the bill. That is why I hired you so we could be comfortable and enjoy ourselves as he has been in ill health for several years now and this was a nightmare. My one son posted your car on you tube with his commentary of your service. You also have a torn seat with the tuft coming out of it. The window on the passenger side would not open and my son and daughter in law may have to go to the emergency room as he has recurring bouts of shingles and he is a diabetic in ill health. You failed my expectations and I am horribly upset. The driver was about 25 minutes late, we arrived at 11 for brunch a half hour late in a car that was already getting hot. There was no iced bottled water just warm bottles. This is suppose to be a luxury item and it as it said failed miserably."
"I have 3 complaints about Pacific Limo company.
1. I booked through limos.com and was informed the price included the tip. At the time of pick, they informed me that wasn't true and I wouldn't be able to get into thel limo until I signed a paper indicating I understood this. After contacting the company, I was promised a refund by the company. So far, 1 month later, no refund!
2. I had contacted them regarding what would be provided. They said hot chocolate, sparking cider and champagne. NONE of this was provided
3. The ride was extremely rough and bumpy and the driver hit curbs.
Very unhapy and I will not book through this way again!!!"
