"We booked a limo for our wedding on May 18, 2013. Talked to Dave to book. They were really good about matching a price I had received and Dave was really nice on the phone so we went with them. On the day of the wedding, after I got picked up to go to the church, we found that the air was not working in the limo. We told the driver there was no air. After the ceremony at church we found out the limo had been pulled to the side of the church parking lot so the alternator could be changed. We ended up being half an hour behind schedule due to that. We were told that everything was set and we were on our way. The air worked for a few minutes then stopped working again. The driver tried to get it working to no avail. Driver was very nice, and very apologetic. All of our flower bouquets died due to the heat in the car. I contacted Dave to get some sort of a refund to cover the cost of the flowers, the time we lost due to the repairs, and the inconvenience. Kept playing phone tag with Dave, and not getting return calls. In the end, I spoke with the owner, Myron yesterday who was very nice and felt really bad about what happened. He agreed to the refund and I received a receipt this morning that the refund was completed. It ended up it was a mistake on the driver's part that the air wasn't working, but all in all she was very nice and did try to get the air going and kept telling me how sorry she was and how bad she felt for us. Dave was nice every time I did speak to him, as was Myron and we were happy with the final outcome. The only thing we have to say about the limo itself is that the outside had some rough patches on it and one of the seats had a rip in it..but I guess when a vehicle is used as much as these are that is something that is unavoidable.."

"We called this limo service after getting a deal with another company. They offerred us a great price for an evening out to the Sabres game. Unfortunatly when we got all to agree on the arrangements the company was booked. Thats when I called Online limo of WNY. I asked if they would match the price we had been given with prev. co (the ad says best price guarenteed)The person that answered said he would have to check to see if they would honor that. First red flag. They did agree to meet the price and told me that had a limo that would be available and it had just come back from the shop and had lots of upgrades.We booked. Had to call 3 times for a copy of the contract. Limo arrives without ice in the cooler, and I had confirmed earlier that it would have ice. The gps the driver was going to use to get us to the game didnt work so we used my sons. Cime to find out, it did work it was the outlet that was broken. The stereo lost reception less than 10 minutes into the 1 hour ride and we spent the rest of the ride trying to tune it in, driver couldnt offer any assistance. All the windows fogged up and we couldnt see out and the fans or blowers didnt work either. None of the interior lighting worked so we couldnt see what we were doing. Driver again was unable to help as he was unfamiliar with the limo. He commented that he hadnt driven this car before and it hadnt been used in a long time. The limo seemed to bottom out everytime we went over a bump and was pretty uncomfortable.The driver did pick us up after the game in another limo and it was better but the owner refuses to call me or offer any consideration for this horrible service. I was told we got a good deal!1 Ahhahahaha. Yeah right. Owner doesnt care to follow up or return emails. Stay away from this place !"
Limo Service Response: "In Response: First red Flag? It was a $199 deal you ask me to beat in which we did, all Best Price Deals must be authorized by the owner. The radio reception was not due to poor reception but the fact that it was rochester stations trying to be used on the thruway on the 90 in Buffalo? The Ice was in the limousine however due to 2 conditions it was low on ice. 1st the drive from Buffalo to Rochester 2nd the Heat on full the whole way to Rochester. Im not trying to be rude however the limousine's are not equipt with high wattage lighting as well as the dark limousine tint and thruway driving with no street lights. The most discouraging part of the situation was that the customer told me that they would have 4-5 passengers come to find out they had 7 PEOPLE!!? for my Corporate Lincoln Towncar limo which is BRAND NEW...When my driver called me from the thruway he was upset with the lady being extremely mean and rude because they couldn't fit 7 PEOPLE in a 5 Max passenger limousine. I at that point would not allow that due to regulations and the size of the passengers as well as the one person sitting up front. I was frustrated to say the least however i was looking out for the safety of the passengers as well as the Driver and Limousine at which point i sent my Cadillac Escalade 14 Passenger for the duration of the $199 Job. I followed up but the customer never called back or answer AS WELL AS NEVER PAIDED THE BALANCE!!!!! The review was written because i tried pursing it legally. This is not fair"
