"I had an AWFUL experience with this company. The driver was a sub-contractor and did not have the limo stocked with the complimentary bar as stated in the email confirmation. No contracts were signed ahead of time, and full payment (cash plus tip) was required of me before I sat in the limo. The driver was completely unprofessional. She parked too close to the curb, causing damage to a door when one of the girls tried to open it to get out. The driver rudely blamed us, and cut our service off over an hour early (which we paid for!) to pay for the damage to the door, which was caused because she not only parked too close to the curb but also lacked common professional business sense as she never took the time to introduce herself to us and explain that she would like to have us stay in the car until she opened the door. I believe this company is shady and the experience ruined our night!! I will never call again or recommend to anyone. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a limo. "

"I was extremely pleased with the service that Nightstar provided. I was in town for a wedding and needed transportation to and from the O'hare airport. Our flight was about 10 minutes late, and baggage was behind. I called Nightstar 30 minutes later than planned, they arrived a short five minutes later. Limos are not permitted to park on the curb of the airport for their customers due to Homeland Security issues which is the reason it took five minutes to arrive. We had requested a towncar for the trip, however were surprised with a large white limo (great since the trip took about 1 hour with traffic). Because of the service we rebooked for the trip back to the airport. Nightstar was waiting outside our hotel 10 minutes early and provided a perfect ride back to the airport. The vehicles were very clean and drivers were professional. I would definitely use Nightstar again (they have 20+ 5 star reviews for a reason)"

"Thank you Nightstar for easing a mother's fear of sending my college-bound daughter to Chicago alone. (A bit overprotecitve, I know . . .) After hearing her glowing account of the car service I just had to take a minute to recommend this fine company to others! (Mom's, rest easy, they're great). Lorenzo was so kind to her, meeting her IN the airport and she felt very comfortable on the drive from O'Hare airport. Finding transportation on the internet can be a gamble, not knowing the area or the different car services, but this time we hit the jackpot! The rate was less than the other companies and Daniel was so patient, kind and helpful when I made the reservation. I hope Nightstar is around for a very long time . . .I still have a son I need to send somewhere!"

"Nightstar gave a competitive quote quickly via email. Their service was at the airport cool and inviting on a HOT summer day! Car was clean, driver was informative and ride to downtown Chicago was quick and uneventful. Return from hotel was beyond expectations. Driver was early, car was cool on 100+ day, return to airport fast with no problems. Our driver was Daniel but I believe that irrespective of the driver the company would provide 1st class service at a reasonable price. I will use Nightstar when traveling to Chicago in the future!"

"Our fourteen year old son flew to Chicago tonight to spend the weekend with his older brother. At the last moment (this afternoon) the older brother called home to say he couldn't pick Ted up at the airport...could he take a taxi to the North side? Well....yes. But this made me really uncomfortable so I looked around for a limo service to meet him. I found Nightstar and they were fantastic! They met Ted five minutes after he landed and took him to his brother's apartment . The personell were exceedingly kind and friendly and I felt so much better knowing that he was going to be in such good hands. Of course, Ted said he'd just take a cab...no problem. But as his mom...this was so much better. Our older son said the car was super, the driver really nice and everything went smooth as silk. I very much recommend Nightstar Limousine. "
