"My experience with MX City Car was absolutely wonderful ! My children and I traveled from Mexico City to Cuernavaca, Morelos (about a 2 hour drive) and the trip couldn't of been better. Upon arrival at the airport our driver (who's picture and name I received the night before) was waiting for us as scheduled and he promptly got us into an air conditioned SUV. The courtesy and professionalism from EVERY staff member at MX was exceptional. And when my ride back to the airport canceled the night before we were supposed to leave.... MX came to save the day ! I emailed them the evening before we were supposed to leave and they had the same wonderful driver at my doorstep early the next morning. I honestly can't say enough good things about the company. I will definitely be using them for my future trips to Mexico."

"I had an excellent experience with this service. At the very last minute, I needed a car and driver to take me from the Mexico City Airport to Veracruz. They came through for me and the driver was waiting for me-- with a sign-- when I cleared customs. The car was extremely clean and roomy, with plush leather seats-- a very pleasant ride-- and the driver couldn't have been more courteous and professional. To add to this, we got to my destination a good 2 hours earlier than the estimated time. So, all around, I was highly satisfied and would most certainly use the service again. A+ service."
