"The limo and driver were fantastic. The day was picture perfect. However, the contract required us to pay the down payment by credit card and balance due ($960) in cash in order for the driver to take us. Respecting our signed agreement, I did just that. Stupid me, I failed to get a written receipt for the $960 cash we paid. So when they subsequently charged me for the full price on my credit card, I basically had no recourse because it was their word against mine. Vince sent me an e-mail apologizing for the error. Later, I spoke to them by phone and they assured me they'd credit my card for the duplicate amount. Nearly two months later, still no credit. It's a shame that they appear to be running a scam side by side with a successful limo business, because I was in fact very happy with the limo. Just didn't want to pay for it twice. I am currently pursuing legal options to recover this money as that seems the only way to get it back. What a sad state of affairs in this world. "
