"My flight was over half an hour early, but our Maxim driver was at the curb outside baggage claim ready and waiting. This beats another well-known local service where you always have to call and wait while the car arrives from a dispatch area. Picky point: the driver could have given my wife, who was seated behind him, a bit more leg room. All said though, good service and I will likely use Maxim again."

"We Reserved a 35 passenger shuttle bus from Maxim Limo for a round-trip service to take us from Amtrak which is located in Maricopa to Good year, AZ this was for 20 passengers in which two were seniors with disabilities. We also had to accommodate a lot of luggage. The first round of the trip the driver was ok. On our return trip they called the day before our trip and confirmed our 3:30 am reservations. At 3:17 am I called the driver to confirm we were ready and to get his exact location in which he ignored my call. At 3:30 am Brianna from the office called and advised me that they would not be coming as the lights on the bus were not working. She gives me another company to call. I asked her would it cost more money and was she really leaving us stranded at 3:30 am she says yes. Horrified that we would miss our train reservations and be stranded for two additional days until the next train comes. I sprained into action. We started calling every shuttle service we knew even the one Brianna recommended and guess what everyone was unavailable at 3:30 am. (Not that we thought anyone would be up). Even, If anyone could get to us it was more than likely they would not make it within enough time to get us to the train station since Maxim Limo cancelled at the very last minute. I managed to get in contact with two family members and the hotel receptionist had not put one of my relatives rental car key away and we managed to load up most of the SUV's with luggage and get the key players to to the train station. I then had to inform Maxim Limo of the added expenses that we would gladly pursue against them such as additional hotel stays, train reservations fees if we forfeit our tickets, and loss of income for any adults that had to miss work due to missing our train as a direct result of them. Finally Brianna caught a clue and arranged for two vehicles to accommodate us. However we were already three cars in route. This was the worst experience this company is absolutely unreliable. Don't trust them with any important events. This company is the worst. I could not believe that she simply called and cancelled after they were set to arrive, she should have known 1) Any company that would possible be up at the wee hours of the morning would charge double, and that's IF we could get one. 2) It would take additional time for any company to get to us and they cancelled at the last minute and therefore we would be caused to miss our train as we had an hour ride from the hotel to the train station. In addition, she did not offer to utilize any other vehicles in their fleet and she simply acted as if she did not care we were being left stranded. Lucky for me I did not book directly through them. I booked through Limo's.com which is great if you are unfamiliar with the services of the locals. Limos.com will work with us on a satisfactory solution. "

"I was happy to find limos.com where I could request a quote from several companies at one time. I was equally as happy to receive a quote in a timely manner from Maxim Limousine. However, when I called the office number they provided to me, they refused to honor the quote that they sent even though I have the quote, location, and conditions in writing directly from them. I requested to speak with someone in the reservations department where the price quote came from via email, but nobody has gotten back to me about this issue. It's extremely bad business to put price quotes in writing and then not honor them. I hope that Limos.com will reconsider allowing them to provide quotes through its website."
