"Great experience! With little notice, I requested an Escalade to escort my girlfriend and I, plus another couple out on NYE (2011/2012). I received a quote promptly and significantly more affordable than other companies that I contacted. The plan I requested stated four passengers, however on the day of, we had one more couple join us; filling the 6 passenger SUV. There was not any increase in price from the additional passengers, which occurs with some companies. Our driver, Latashia (Tashia), was fantastic! She was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make our night stress free and enjoyable. I will absolutely use Magic Mist Limo service again. "Beginning with the Limo Company Coordinator "Jim", all communications were very professional and timely. Our driver Herb, was on time, professional looking, respectful & easy to talk to. A "GPS" was on board, and there was no waiting at the end of the evening. Herb was across the street waiting for our call. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Thank You to Mistic Limo for making our New Years Eve event at the Statler, a wonderful experience for us."

"I have used Magic Mist three times in last two months and would highly recommend them. The driver was always pleasant, knowledgable and engaging. The limo was always spotless and service exceeded expectations. Most of our trips were between Niagara Falls Canada and Buffalo Downtown/First Niagara and I was entertaining business professionals. If we needed to alter our travel plans "on the fly" they were very flexible and reasonable. I will definitely use Magic Mist again - thanks for the great service!"

"We use magic mist everytime my friends and I are in buffalo which is about every year. We have taken the niagara wIne tour 5 times between my friends and I and can't say enough good things. Snacks in the limo and we always use Kenny as our driver. He is wonderful and always finds new places to take us. We will be back next year"

Thanks to Herb and everyone involved, scheduled times were met, vehicle was clean and comfortable and operated with professional attention to safety; we were informed by Herb of the Niagara Falls area on highlights and cautions to look for as we spent our time and $$$$. We consider this "over and above" customer service that made us feel more comfortable navigating from attractions, shops, dining establishments, etc. Our experience at the U.S./Canadian Border was hassle-free, thanks to Herb's experience on "What to Expect" as we cleared Customs both into and out of Canada. "These guys were great. They were more accomodating then a 5 star restaurant. They were ontime, professional, and frendily. The truth is i booked them from NY City and didnt know the area at all, but they helped me and my group pick fabulous places to eat and great entertainment. Next time i am up in the area, its a no brainer, i would definitly call magic mist limousine again. "
