"I used Mackenzie Limousine last week for a tour of Manhattan, our driver Julio was fantastic!! He showed us all the fun things you want to see when you visit the big apple. The limo was clean and there was ice cold drinks in the bar for us to enjoy on our sight seeing tour. "The driver was on time. The car was ok. It could have been cleaner. There were some peanut skins around and below the cup holders in the corner at the front where I sat that I at first thought were dead insects...I take off 1/2 point for that. There were ice and soft drinks in the cooler (mainly orange soda, a few bottled waters.I saw one diet coke, but we didn't ever need a drink while in the car) The driver told us three times to meet him on 49th when he was actually on 50th. My elderly parents were with us, so this was somewhat of a problem. I took off another 1/2 point for that. And finally, we kept the car an hour longer than booked. The driver insisted we pay the additional fee in cash. Lucky we had it. So, those are all the reasons you get 4 points instead of 5."

"Mackenzie Limo and Joey were fantastic! What could’ve been a disastrous night turn out to be a great night, all thanks to Joey and all the great drivers at Mackenzie Limo. Because of some unexpected scheduling changes, there was a concern to get our limo at the schedule time and miss our dinner reservations. Joey worked his magic got us another limo and personally went out of his way to pick up a friend just so we can stay on schedule. Great Service, I will definitely be using them again and again!!!!!"

"I rented a limo (white Chrysler) for my birthday a few weeks ago. The owner, John, was very helpful over the phone. The driver (Demetrie) arrived early and was very nice. He opened the doors for everyone, etc. The only hiccup was that his GPS was not working correctly so I had to direct him around Brooklyn. Once we were on the way to the City though he was fine. The limo itself was clean with glasses, soda, water and ice. I would definitely rent from Mackenzie again! "

"This was the best limo service I’ve ever used. I rented the STS Cadillac for my friends b day party and this limo is hot. The limo arrived early right before we all got there and everyone was happy. We had other services, which don’t even compare to Mackenzie's service. They have a great selection of fleet and very decent prices......The limo driver was cool his name was Ray. I’m renting Mackenzie again this coming week for another friends party to Manhattan this time in the Expedition. Friendly staff and always keeps in touch. Im always rolling with Mackenzie where ever I go!. Im sure when I also have my wedding i will be booking with them too. :-) I give them ten stars."

"I have nothing but great things to say about Mackenzie. We had a bigger car reserved and when we called to get a smaller one, they changed it for us with no penalty. Claud arrived 45 minutes early. He was a pleasure. He let my son play in the car until the party was all there. He took pictures of everyone and even played crossing guard for 13 girls when we arrived in the city later than he got there. He had a wonderful personality from start to finish and drove safely. I would definately recommend him. Ask for Claud!"

The other limo companies were not patient and in a hurry to take the next customer. Once I spoke to Joey and John from Mackenzie Limo I knew my search was over. These guys were very nice, patient and I trusted that they would send me exactly what I wanted. My driver Ray and and the owner Joey arrived on time and I must say they did not disappoint.
