"After wating 1.5 hours to get out of customs at Newark airport. I arrive outside to find my driver GONE! There was no effort on the part of the car company/driver to contact me to find out what was happening and they had 2 phone numbers, text and an email address. They had no problem with charging my credit card however for services NOT COMPLETED!! I will be disputing this charge and shall never use or recommend this company. "
Limo Service Response: "Hello Sharon, We apologize for any conufsion regarding your transfer, however a couple of things to note...we had your chauffeur on location at Newark Airport for 2 hours after your flight landed. Your reservation came over to us via Limos.com for a curbside will call meet, meaing you were to call upon arrival to have the chauffer meet you curbside. We did not receive a call from you looking for your chauffeur or requesting we send him around to pick you up. For future we would suggest scheduling the chauffeur to meet you inside the airport with a name sign so there is no confusion in locating him. Limos.com has billed your credit card, we do not bill your credit card directly, all payments go through Limos.com. Thank you, Leros Point to Point"
