"I booked a limo through Legacy on Friday March, 19th. Our driver was Sandy. The reason I'm writing is to let you know what a true gem you've found in Sandy. I've used several different limousine services over the past two years... Some for trips to and from the airport and some for special celebrations i.e. birthdays, holidays, trips to Candlestick or AT&T Park. Never have I had a driver who cared so much for the enjoyment of my party. We were celebrating my friend's birthday. It was myself, my ten-year old son, my friend (of course) and my mother. Unfortunately my mother suffers from both Parkinson's disease and dementia. She requires a great deal of help getting in and out of cars, walking and sometimes simply being told where she is and what she's doing. Sandy was there for my mother every step of the way. She not only opened doors... she held Mom's arm while getting out of the car, she helped us walk her to and from the restaurant and she even let my mom know that it was her job just to "relax and have a terrific time." I couldn't have been more impressed. I hope you know how unique a person like Sandy is to have in your employ. I've managed several restaurants in my lifetime and know how genuinely rare it is to find someone who will go that extra mile. Not just for money or to impress their employer or those they are serving... but because that is just the sort of person they are. I got that sense about Sandy. She is, without question, an asset to your company. I have the business card she gave me and will be using it several times in the future. I will never again use another limousine company. Thank you for making our night extra-special. My friend had the best birthday she's had since she was little. My son, who used to hate limos, now loves them. I have found the car service I'll be using whenever I need one and my mother, who means the world to me, was treated to an evening which made her feel special, looked after, cared for and safe.
