"Lev was very courtieous, friendly and helpful. My 71 year old dad was in a wheel and I was bringing my dad back home from a Phoenix, AZ rehabilitation facility. The day of the flight he sent me a text message telling me where he would meet us with was just the other side of security. He parked the car in a very convienent location, right outside the door as we left the terminal. This minimized the time we spent outdoors which was important since it was 87 when we left Phoenix and 47 when we arrived in Milwaukee.
