"The service was reliable, but I was disappointed with the company's ability to deliver what was requested. Communication with drivers about what we needed was seriously flawed. The driver showed up at the airport expecting to transport 3 people; the request was for 5 people. We were able to all squeeze in, but the driver indicated that he could have brought a larger vehicle if he had known. For our return trip to the airport, the driver arrived down the street from our hotel pick up point and indicated he did not have the name or exact address of our hotel. It took 15 minutes and a phone call to finally locate him. All of the information was clearly provided in the reservation and included in the confirmation. Why there was any confusion is a mystery. "
