"I didn't have a good experience with the company but that doesn't mean they are a bad company. I called the morning of arriving back into the Port of Miami at 7:50am. I informed the person that according to Carnival's schedule they estimated our zone would be let off the ship 8:45-9am. 9am is the time I reserved the limo for. I was told to call back when we got out of customs because the driver would be onsite waiting. In the meantime, the driver called and let me know he was onsite. Unfortunately, Carnival did not let us off the ship until 9:45am and I didn't clear customs until 10:02am. I immediately called the driver who did not answer his phone. I left a message and the person at Joshua called back within 2 minutes. I was informed that the driver could not wait any longer for me and he was sent on another run. I was then told I could wait for the driver to return or find another way. I asked how long the driver would be to return to get us and was informed around 30 minutes (which would be 10:30am). At 10:45am, there was still sign off the driver so I called Joshua back and was told to hang tight as he would be there any minute. At 11am still no driver and called again and was told he was on his way as Joshua had just talked to him 10-15 minutes ago. Finally at 11:15am and in danger of being late for our flight I had to hail a taxi to take us to the airport. We were the last of all of the cruise passengers to leave the port that day. I did call Joshua @ 11:15am and left a message telling him that we found another way to the airport. Joshua did return my call apologizing. I have not heard anything about returning my deposit of $15. I am scheduled to be down in Miami again in December '12 and will need a limo for that trip but I don't think I will be using Joshua's service again. This is the 1st bad experience I have had with Limos.com"

"Alden was our limo driver and he was super friendly and very prompt! He showed up early and did not complain at all about having to wait on us. There were 6 of us riding, which were all females! We rode from Fort Lauderdale airport to the Port of Miami and the ride was super comfortable and quick. Alden also picked us up after our cruise to take us back to the airport. It was very convenient to be able to text him and a few minutes later he was loading our luggage. We would all use Joshua's Limousine Service again."

"First off, the car was dirty both inside and out. There where many dents in the silver trim of the vehicle (which by the way I had requested a black vehicle). The seating inside reminded me of how a funeral limo is set up (two bench seats facing each other). The driver’s appearance was jeans and an un-tucked shirt. Lastly, he did not help with the luggage except to put it in the trunk after they walked it over to him as he stood near the car. For a 20% gratuity, I would have expected him to meet them at the door and help bring the luggage to the vehicle, presented himself in more professional attire, and at least washed the car before picking them up."

"We were more than pleased with everything about our experience with Joshua's Limousine Service. When our flight in to the airport was cancelled and we had to reschedule, I phoned Joshua's Limousine Service and explained the situation. They assured us that it would be no problem to rearrange our scheduled pick-up time to a few hours later. And they were good to their word. They were waiting for us upon touchdown of our flight and got us to our hotel in good time which was important to us as we were pressed for time due to our late flight arrival. The driver was very courteous and the vehicle was in very good condition. There were no issues with any hidden costs and overall, we could not have been any happier with our whole experience with Joshua's Limousine Service."

"The two of us used Joshua for our limo service during our resent cruise and stay in and out of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Great service ! Always on time and called us to let us know he was outside waiting - even arranged to drop us off at the Galleria mall in FLL for an hour to enable us to do some last minute shopping. If you are wondering why his rates are considerably cheaper that the rest (which was one of the questions I first asked him) its because he uses slightly older cars and can pass the saving on to his customers. Must admit I could not tell if the town car we were travelling in was that old, as it looked in very good shape to us ! Would not hesitate to recommend Joshua`s Limo Service to anyone! "To be honest, I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, after all, who wants to book a car service and not have the folks show up! Booked a limo to go from my home in Miramar to MIA, limo driver called half hour before arrival to confirm, and was actually 15 minutes early. Unfortunately, he had to wait as my wife wasn't ready, but we left on time, driver was friendly and polite, no problems!"

"Booked for a single trip from the the cruise port to Miami Airport. Paid the downpayment charge (with credit card) thru Limo.com and the remaining payment to be signed upon transfer. On the scheduled pickup time we waited for an hour. No show!! Had to transfer luggages to taxi stand and wasted so much time to take a taxi instead. Called them later on and got rubbish excuses and dirty languages!! WARNING: DON'T FALL ON THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF IT"S CHEAP RATE, IT IS THE TRAP!!! BEWARE!!"
Limo Service Response: "Joshua's Limousine service does not leave a passenger behind., We were at the port as from 7:30 AM that morning and until 11:00 AM I have called the passenger to the phone number he supplied us with at least 15 times and sent a text message asking him to connect, he did not . Later the afternoon I got a text from him rude and swearing against my mother , like a drunken man , saying that we did not wait. Not only we waited, we picked up other Passengers with one of out unique Limousine & trailer setup, Our name is very clear on the trailer if he had looked he coyld not miss us, we were loading a family of 7 with an 101 year old woman , that took some time. I felt that I did all I could to serve him , and charged his credit card."

The Driver was on time, friendly and courteous....and there were absolutely no hidden charges which is what I was worried about since the quoted price was so good to begin with! "i can say this company prices are low but the service i received was not great at all,the driver showed up to my home uninvited left cards on my door left very nasty emails and voice mailand did not provide the service i requested which was to let me know if he could accomindate my wishes do a change in plans,i received no call or email at the time i was needing service so because of that i had to make other arrangements to get home and because of that he is now planning on taking me to court for monies for a service i never got."
Limo Service Response: "Marion Harris reserved a return pickup , and was a no show, I called her several times and was in the port of Miami for some 2 hours waiting , Yes I drove to her home and left a business card ( nothing else ) then avetualy she called me very abusively. I informed her that she would have to pay for my service, as she forgot to mention to me that she had extended her voyage by another week. On her return she maled me a money order for the full amount."

"Pro's: Service was prompt, affordable, courteous, all inclusive fare. Con's: Vehicles were downgraded on each leg of trip. Requested quote for stretch, price given for stretch, then told it wasn't available and would be given SUV on first leg -- but no reduction in price. Quoted a higher price for stretch on return, then company downgraded to sedan at pickup. Although the price was also lowered a bit, it was still a higher price than paid for initial leg of trip. Overall good service for price paid. "
Limo Service Response: "Thank you for the positive review, in our defence our regular price for MIA to Ft-lauderdale is $57.60 all inclusive , Mr miller was charged $51.00 The customer got off the ship an hour ahead of scheduale we provided prompt service instead of having to wait for the BOOKED Reserved time , and we still discounted the ride I think his complaint is mistaken , he was provided with a safe service on time"
