"I had a surprise birthday party for my girlfriend and her family and I wanted them to ride in style and safety to one of our favorite restaurants. So, I booked Jays Limousine service based on the excellent reviews I read and the opportunity to be driven in a Black Ford Lincoln Navigator. The booking was effortless and the personal telephone call follow up by Jay exemplified care, professionalism and the Aloha spirit. Our driver Norman carried the same values and guiding principles of Jays organization. Norman arrived a little early as I requested and drove us in an exquisitely clean and comfortable vehicle. He always checked in with us making sure everything was okay and if we needed anything else. The very next day, I received a follow up email and a phone call from Jay making sure everything went well. Jays Limousine service is a first class act and met and exceeded my expectations as well as my girlfriend and her family. Jays Limousine, no ka oi!"

"The three hour trip around Honolulu (Lookout to the ocean from Diamond Head, Blow Hole, Kailua, Nuanu Pali Drive) was breathtaking. Price was pretty reasonable. Angel our driver was very thoughtful. I had my father and mother and guests from Japan with me. My father has difficulty walking so he stayed in the car most of the time while we went out to enjoy the scenic view. Angel kept his company very well. The only improvement we want to see is a better interior as the limousine we had was pretty old "

"Just had one of the BEST Limo rides this past week with Jays Limousine service! This was my first experience using both Limos.com and Jays Limousine service. Whenever I fly into Honolulu, I usually rent a limo to get from the HNL airport to my hotel in Waikiki...and then back to the airport once my stay is over. I used another service to book my limo from the airport to my hotel, but they couldn't book my return transfer back to the airport since the APEC conference was just arriving and causing a huge road-closure nightmare in and around Waikiki. So I decided to try Limos.com and see if I could find a Limo transfer back to the airport. On Limos.com I found a pretty good deal for a standard town car limo with Jays Limousine service. My trip had ended and it was time to get my family from our hotel to the HNL airport. All of the VIPs and country leaders were starting to arrive into Honolulu for the APEC conference and roads and highways were being shut down left and right. Our Jays Limousine driver still made it to our hotel to pick us up...right on time and he arrived in style with his huge Excursion Limousine (a free upgrade for us!). I packed the family into the loaded Excursion and began our adventure to the airport. Our driver informed us that some roads and highways were getting shut down soon (due to APEC). He remained connected to his network of other limo drivers via cell phone and they all worked together to keep each other updated on all of the on-ramp, off-ramp, highway, and street closures. Our driver used a combination of highways, back roads, alley ways and short-cuts to successfully get us to the airport right on time. Watching and listening to our driver strategically navigate our limo through Waikiki and Honolulu was like witnessing an army commander leading his platoon through a war-torn jungle. It was definitely a Limo ride that I will always remember. I am very thankful to our driver and Jays Limousine service for their friendly, professional and 5 star limo service. Anytime I visit Honolulu, I will be using Jays Limousine service and Limos.com"

"Our keikis had such an "ecstatic time" w/ Jay's limo! First they were very professional of setting up & giving the info that we needed to set everything up. The keikis unexpectedly got an upgrade by Jay to go to their prom & the excitement on their faces were priceless. The price of the limo service was awesome considering it was the keikis that paid for most of it. They also kokua a schedule to have additional time so the kids could spend more time w/ the limo but their event was on the opposite end of Waikiki; but Jay & his staff had diligently (w/ no problems) worked it out where if the keikis decided they would've drove them all the way to town to enjoy extra hours (of coarse for an additional reasonable price-that's understandable). "Absolutely FANTASTIC service On our recent holiday to Honolulu , being our first time there we had no idea what to expect or how transportation worked etc. I found Jay's Limos online through google and from the moment i contacted him the service was A++++. Our group of 5 was met at the airport and he had sent his largest limo to pick us up. After a long 10 hour flight it was like WOW. The Driver was very courteous and took us to our hotel. The next day i had booked a 6 hour island tour. He has 2 different tours to choose from but our group wanted to see all of one and then a little of the other. It was no problem for Jay. Right on time we were picked up the next morning , we had the best day of the entire week in Honolulu. Ruben ( or SUPER DRIVER as he likes to be known hahaha) was our driver for the day and he is the loveliest, kindest and funniest man i have had the pleasure in meeting. Our 6 hour tour ended up being almost 9 hours and his knowledge of the area was exceptional as a tour guide. We learnt so much about Hawaii , past and present, and the tour showed us the places we wanted to go back through our week long stay and see again and many places we didnt need to go back as we had seen enough with Ruben this day. We had also booked Jay's limos to pick us up at the hotel on our final day and take us to the ship we were boarding. I emailed Jay from our hotel 2 days prior to departure and asked if we could please have Ruben as our driver so that we had another chance to thank him personally and say goodbye. We even got hugs :) This man and this service left such an impact on our holiday and thoughts of Honolulu that on our journey home we decided to do the same holiday all over again next year and have 10 - 14 friends joining us. I have already contacted Jay to rebook the transfers and island tour.....so if you are reading this jay ...REPLY TO ME lol or i will come delete my praises of you. ( just kidding!!! "Used Jays for airport transfers along with doing an 8 hour tour of Oahu. Only 2 of us and they sent a stretch for all services. Driver (Ruben) for the tour was incredible! Such a wealth of knowledge and an all around fun driver! Couldn't ask for better! If you are going to Oahu and have never done an island tour, I highly recommend Jays. Make sure you do one of the 8 hour tours that they offer and request 'Super Driver' Ruben as your preferred driver! "My wife and I just returned from Honolulu and used Jay's Limo for airport transportation to hotel and then back 7 days later. We were conserned that using a shuttle would take to long and in looking around a taxi was up in the $45. range to our hotel south of Wikiki beach. The price plus tip was real reasonable and I went ahead and splurged to get the limo ride. I also paid and extra $20.00 bucks for fresh flower lais. Let me tell you it was great and after a long airplane ride we arrived in Honolulu & were greated by Frank with two sweet smelling flower lais plenty of Aloha and a big ole long limo. What a pleasurable ride with two bottles of cold water complementary and if I would have wanted a cold beer or other adult beverage was available. Pick up at our hotel later in the week was as agreed and again Frank was very pleasant and on time with limo. I must add Jay was very easy to work with and was by far the best price of any other company I checked. So my recommendation is look around shop with Jay and I think you will find what my wife & I found. A great deal! Jay's Limo is well worth the extra cash over a taxi and arriving in Honolulu for a relaxing vacation,,, you can't start any better than Jay's. "I was very disappointed with the service. We asked for a stretch limo and they told us at the last minute that the driver was running late and they gave us a run down SUV stretch limo, the driver didn't let us stop for pictures, his music was so loud in the frint we could not hear ours, he stayed on the phone and had to wait for him to get off to ask him a question, he drove so fast in and out of traffic we were sliding all over the place. I guess you get what you pay for. I would never use them again. "

Jay called me personally to confirm date/time/places we were going. He was friendly and professional. On the day of our party, a 10-passenger SUV limo pulled up at our hotel right on time. Our driver, Frank, was very accomodating - he took us on a scenic route to and from the restaurant we were having dinner at. He was more than happy to stop at the King Kamehameha statue so we could take pictures and stop at a local Starbucks so we could get late night coffee drinks! "The limo seemed old and the ac was not working. The limo was HOT! Their was trash from what seemed to be a prevoius bachorlette party. drinks provided were warm. The driver seemed distracted and disinterested. He made comments to our wedding party complaining that the pictures after the wedding were taking too long. This was my brothers wedding and nomatter how the limo service was it did not damper our fun but based upon the service we recieved I would not recommend this company. "

"At the recommendation of our cruise agent, Michele Goss from Cruise Holidays (chcruis@aol.com), we contracted Jay's Limousine service for an eight hour excursion on Oahu, Hawaii. Our driver, Ruben, showed us the sights and he was terrific. He instructed us how to best visit the USS Arizona Memorial, and made stop after stop at points of interest, and explained local customs. He was very knowledgeable and helped us better appreciate the island. He picked us up in a stretch limo as scheduled. The vehicle was nice if you had a large group but since there were only the two of us a smaller vehicle would have sufficed. But thanks for the upgrade anyway. It was 4:00 am in Honolulu. He was not upset that I called him that early. Jay also gave us the best tour guide, Reuben. We had 12 people in our group. We like to have a lot of fun. He spent so much time with . He gave us all the little tips on how to get through the tours quickly. We are planning on returning to Honolulu in 2012. "What a magnificent service! Outstanding effort to provide second-to-none customer satisfaction! I thought I had worked a pretty good plan but it had a few kinks; but, Jay quickly realized the problem and came to our rescue. He contacted all the venues we wanted to see and re-arranged our schedule. He called me promptly and informed me of this new schedule and wanted me to look it over and let him know if it would be alright. Well, what can I say? He was right-on and the schedule couldn't have been better. Jay knew exactly what we wanted because he took the time to talk with us in order to find out what we wanted to see and do in Hawaii. "The most memorable part of our trip to Honolulu Hawaii was Jay's Limousine service. Our driver Rubin went out of his way to cater to our specific needs and really made the entire experience wonderful. As soon as they picked us up from the Airport we knew we had to take a 8 hour tour of the island. That tour ended with a second 8 hour tour of Honolulu Island with photos that my friends thought were fake. They make sure to bring you places most have not seen. Ask to visit the Macadamian nut farms and make sure to ask for Rubin or "Super Driver" HAHAHA"

"After arriving at the Honolulu airport, for a 9 hour layover, we were met by Jeff with Jays Limousines at baggage claim. Jeff assisted us with our luggage and we we off to see the sights of Honolulu in a very nice and clean stretch limo. We had 4 adults and 6 kids all under 12 yrs old in our group. As per Jeff's recommendation, we went to Pearl Harbor first and he guided us around the area. His knowledge of the area was very helpful to us being able to see everything in about 3 hours. Then we headed to the Dole Plantation, again as per his recommendation, and the kids had a blast there. Afterwards, he drove us to a nice restaurant before our 8 hour flight back to the mainland. We could not have been more pleased with the excellent service of Jays Limousines and their chauffeur, Jeff. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for first class treatment."

"The limousine was in great condition and the driver was very professional in dress and manner. He was also very knowledgeable about the area. The limousine service picked us up on time and allowed us to make a last minute change on our pick-up time, which was greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if you have to request glasses for your carry on liquor and wine, but there were not any provided on this excursion. You may have to request them while booking your reservation. This was the only part of the limousine ride that put a damper on it; we had to stop and buy plastic cups for our drinks, Overall, it was amazing!"

"My family of 6 visited Hawaii early June. We decided to use limousine transfer to and from Honolulu airport as the cost of this was more than comparable with bus transfers for this number of people and all our luggage. I searched extensively on the internet for a company that would provide great service at a fair cost. Jay's Limousine Service was one of the more expensive providers, however, this company instilled confidence from the outset. After receiving the original quote I sought further information which was provided by Jay within 24 hrs each time I emailed. Our 'Super Driver' was Ruben and he couldn't do enough for us, from being at the airport waiting for us on our arrival, providing commentary on points of interest on both legs of our return trip, collecting us from our accommodation etc. I congratulate Jay for the highly professional manner in which he runs his business."

"Aloha: We call Jay everytime we travel to Oahu. It has been 3-4 years now and he is the best. I use name Jay's Limo and Jay as the same because he has always been hands on and available to us even if not our particular driver that day. The rates are not much more than a taxi from the Airport to Waikiki in a comfortable stretch limo. They are always on time, courteous and offer stories about the island. Super informative. Last year we went on a 4 hour tour around Diamond Head, Hanama Bay, Blowhole and the Pali and it was only 160.00 in a stretch for 4 of us, it was a guided private tour! You can spend that much for a bus tour with 30 more people. All I can say is Aloha & Mahalo Jay and we will see you next time for sure Bruddah! "

"Jay's Limo was great! Many parts of planning our wedding was stressful, but from start to finish working with Jay was very comfortable. He himself was funny, really friendly, and helped us arrange a reservation despite not giving him much notice. The driver was excellent too. The night before we started getting really nervous about being late, but despite the size of the limo and the winding roads, he got us there early! After, we stopped at various places to take pictures and even though we were late getting back to the limo and he kinda got stuck backing up traffic he never acted irritated, but was always patient and friendly. I would highly recommend this personal service over a tour bus--it is well worth the difference in price. We thought that the day would be long but it was so enjoyable that the time passed very quickly and we learned a lot about the whole island. "I took 5 other women to Hawaii with me. We did the luau experience and used Jay's to get us from Waikiki to Paradise Cove and back. Most of us had never set foot in a limo. Our driver, Tommy, was on time. He was friendly and courteous. AND.. he took all the ribbing six women could give him, answered a million questions and gave back alot of smiles. We had a no-stress 30 minute ride to the luau and back. Our hire did not provide alcohol but there was cold, bottled water. We were told that if we wished to bring additional beverages we were welcome to do so. Also..when I inquired about the prices for the limo I spoke to Jay directly. He gave me a quote via email. When I went to make the reservation he said he had made a mistake in the price (in my favor) but would honor it anyway (which he did without any problem). It was a great experience!"
