Never should’ve booked a reservation if they couldn’t fulfill the obligation. In all of Atlanta they couldn’t find a limo for me? Unprofessional business practice to take a reservation and then not fulfill it. If they couldn’t accommodate me and conveyed that, I could’ve used another company and actually had a ride waiting for me instead of having to hustle to find alternate means."
